The Opportunity

Superhuman’s enterprise business grows not just through Sales, but through the product itself, and we need someone to own that motion. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, B2B Growth to define how employees discover and join their company’s Superhuman org, how they onboard and activate, how they experience enterprise free trials, and how they retain and expand over time.

This is a highly cross-functional IC role that bridges sales mechanics with product-led growth, partnering across all product BUs and with the Self-Serve Growth team to build the loops and experiences that compound enterprise growth. You’ll also own the admin-side controls that govern these loops: the rules that determine how employees can join their organization’s account, configure access, and unlock the product for their teams.

Ownership

In This Role, You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end B2B growth product strategy, from how employees join their company org and experience free trials, through onboarding and activation, to long-term retention and expansion

  • Build the admin-facing controls that govern enterprise growth loops, the settings and permissions that determine how employees discover, join, and are provisioned into their organization’s Superhuman account

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify where the managed motion creates product-led growth opportunities and where friction is slowing adoption and expansion

  • Work closely with the self-serve Growth team to adapt and translate PLG patterns for the B2B context, sharing learnings, avoiding fragmentation, and building coherent experiences across both motions

  • Partner with all product BUs to embed growth thinking into feature development, ensuring enterprise activation and expansion are first-class considerations across the suite

  • Define and track enterprise growth metrics: activation rates, expansion velocity, retention cohorts — and use data to prioritize the roadmap and demonstrate impact

Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years in product management, with experience in growth or PLG in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You understand both managed sales motions and product-led growth mechanics and you know how to make them work together.

  • You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable designing experiments, building growth models, and using data to identify leverage points in the funnel.

  • You have a proven track record working cross-functionally across many teams and moving quickly from insight to shipped product.

Competencies
  • Growth Systems Thinking: You see the product as a growth engine. You design onboarding flows, viral loops, and expansion mechanics that compound over time, and you understand the interplay between product-led and sales-led motions.

  • Enterprise Empathy: You understand the distinct needs of enterprise buyers, IT admins, and end users, and you build growth experiences that work within enterprise constraints without sacrificing simplicity.

  • AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.

  • Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.

  • Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.

  • Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic, delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing the following and more:
