Job Description:

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager – Commercial Deposits to lead the integration, enhancement, and evolution of CSI's commercial deposit capabilities. 

This role will serve as a key liaison across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders to drive complex initiatives that enhance commercial banking solutions and deliver value to financial institutions. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial banking expertise with product leadership, organizational effectiveness, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution.

What You'll Do

Lead Commercial Deposits Integration Initiatives

  • Drive day-to-day execution of CSI's Commercial Deposits integration strategy.

  • Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify critical workstreams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams involved in integrating commercial deposit capabilities throughout the CSI platform.

Manage Product Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with product leaders to align integration priorities with overall business objectives.

  • Monitor project progress, remove obstacles, and ensure key milestones are achieved.

  • Facilitate communication and decision-making across multiple functional teams.

  • Support roadmap execution and product lifecycle activities related to Commercial Deposits.

Apply Commercial Banking Expertise

  • Leverage knowledge of commercial banking and deposit products to guide product decisions and integration priorities.

  • Evaluate customer and market needs to support future enhancements and product strategy.

  • Help define business requirements and use cases that drive customer value.

  • Collaborate on future capabilities, including real-time account visibility and cash management solutions.

Support Strategic Growth

  • Contribute to long-term product planning and market opportunities.

  • Participate in customer conversations, demonstrations, and strategic discussions.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales teams to communicate product value and capabilities.

  • Provide industry insight into commercial banking trends and customer needs.

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of Product Management, Product Leadership, Program Management, or related experience.

  • Strong experience within Commercial Banking, Commercial Deposits, Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Core Banking solutions.

  • Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience working closely with technical and business teams to deliver products and integrations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with fintech, core banking, or banking technology providers.

  • Experience managing large-scale products or platform integrations.

  • Familiarity with Agile product development environments.

  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
