  5. Collaborative Leader: You serve as an advocate for your engineering and design counterparts, providing clear direction and context to drive productive collaboration.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Define Product Vision: Take a major role in defining the product vision, strategy, and objectives for your product area .

  • Drive Engagement: Own the roadmap for consumer-facing features that drive user engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes .

  • AI Native Product Development: Lead the integration of generative AI and machine learning to build next-generation, personalized treatment experiences .

  • Ship at Scale: Ship high-quality features within a cross-functional pod, working directly with executives as the voice of your team .

  • Metric Accountability: Establish success metrics and use both quantitative and qualitative data to adjust strategy mid-flight .

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7+ years of product management experience, specifically in consumer-facing features and personalized user experiences.

  • AI Implementation: Demonstrated success in leading the development and delivery of AI-powered products or features.

  • Data Rigor: Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize lifecycle metrics (engagement, retention); experience in single hypothesis-driven testing and experimental design.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Personalization at Scale: Experience building recommendation engines or content discovery systems that adapt to user behavior in real-time.

  • Rapid AI Prototyping: Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools to quickly validate hypotheses.

  • Healthcare experience: Experience in digital product development within the healthcare, fitness, or mind-body therapy space
