The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from first rollout through ongoing tuning and growth. Serve as the bridge between customers and the product organization, while helping establish the working practices for a brand-new function.

What you'll do

- Manage a set of accounts from start to finish, learning each client's business, scoping and launching solutions, and finding new areas of use.

- Lead strategic discussions with senior customer stakeholders, presenting value, quantifying return and backing claims with data.

- Get hands-on when needed to investigate unexpected system behavior, adjust configurations and meet regulatory obligations.

- Relay what customers tell you and the gaps you observe to the product team so they shape the roadmap.

- Contribute to the standards and repeatable processes of the function as it grows.

- Strong analytical instincts: reading metrics, articulating return on investment and reaching practical conclusions from data.

- Technical product understanding, including grasp of product concepts and basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to work hybrid in San Francisco, four days a week in the office.

Bonus points

- Prior experience in a customer-facing product or technical solutions role at a startup, or in management or strategy consulting.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or a regulated sector such as financial services or healthcare.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
