Our Product is geared to help bring lifesaving drugs to market quicker by revolutionizing the way clinical trial processes are run. We’re looking for a high energy, passionate individual with experience in B2B enterprise product management. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a game changing health tech application which will, in turn, help continue Veeva’s success as the leader in providing cloud-based technology to the Life Sciences industry.
What You’ll Do
- Design and drive innovative product features based upon industry requirements across the entire Veeva EDC family of applications.
- Directly responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction model.
- Generate wireframes, product requirements, and direct functional design.
- Communicate specific, actionable requirements to members of the engineering team.
- Drive customer initiatives through the development team.
- Interact with Customers, Professional Services, Market Owners, and Sales to understand business needs and act as their primary development point of contact.
- Manage the definition and evolution of product integrations among Veeva EDC products.
- Analyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, create development and testing plans based on interaction with Senior Management.
- Perform market and competitive analysis.
- Demonstrate product features to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
- Proven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle and successfully launching products or features that meet customer needs
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience and deep domain knowledge in clinical trials, gained from working at a pharmaceutical company, biotech, CRO, or a clinical technology provider.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of industry standards such as ICH GCP and FDA 21 CFR part 11.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or engineering
- Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, SQL, …)
- Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform or other Veeva applications

Compensation
- Base pay: $120,000 - $200,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
