Navan is on a mission to redefine corporate travel and expense management. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, ERP to scale our data and system integration products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for our ERP integrations—connecting Navan directly into core client accounting and finance ecosystems like NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, FinOps, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver seamless automated workflows that eliminate manual expense reconciliation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, expand, and maintain strategic technical relationships between Navan and major ERP providers.
  • Own, develop, and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for Navan's ERP integration offerings.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle end-to-end alongside Design, Engineering, FinOps, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Educate internal execution teams and client stakeholders on ERP integration nuances, accounting impact, and implementation best practices.
  • Proactively update, scale, and optimize data integrations, custom record mappings, and automated reconciliation workflows.
  • Produce clear, thorough product documentation for both technical engineering teams and non-technical finance leaders.
  • Leverage data metrics and market insights to resolve ambiguity and prioritize technical dependencies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven background in Product Management within FinTech, payments, data integrations, or ERP platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Accounting and Finance workflows, including how finance teams utilize ERP modules, record types, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building, scaling, or managing end-to-end ERP integrations (specifically NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP).
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of anticipating stakeholder needs and driving user-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear business logic.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong cross-functional project management and execution capabilities.
