We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Manager for FlashArray Core, you will own the multi-year vision and execution for our most widely deployed storage platforms, the //X and //C families. You aren’t just managing a product line; you are architecting the default enterprise storage platform that powers the world’s most critical data. By bridging the gap between complex engineering milestones and market-winning business outcomes, you will drive revenue growth and ensure our customers achieve unmatched total cost of ownership (TCO) through industry-leading innovation and collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Define and Champion the Core Roadmap: Architect a data-driven roadmap for the //X and //C product lines, prioritizing features, capacity points, and performance enhancements that deliver transformative value and solidify our market leadership.

  • Orchestrate Full-Lifecycle Execution: Lead the end-to-end journey of hardware and software updates from initial concept and PRD through GA and growth, ensuring seamless transitions and field execution that minimize customer friction.

  • Translate Insights into Engineering Requirements: Partner directly with customers and field teams to decode workload patterns—such as virtualization and database consolidation—into actionable user stories and technical requirements for our engineering, performance, and QA teams.

  • Optimize Portfolio Performance: Analyze telemetry, market trends, and pricing data to justify strategic roadmap bets and track key KPIs, including bookings mix, system utilization, and the success of our Evergreen service programs.

  • Empower Global Sales and Operations: Collaborate with SKU Management and Product Marketing to build crisp positioning, configuration guidance, and GTM content that enables our field teams to win in the midrange and performance enterprise segments.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Strategic Systems Management: Proven success in driving complex infrastructure products or features through the full lifecycle, from requirements authoring to post-launch optimization and field enablement.

  • Technical Architecture Proficiency: A strong foundational understanding of block storage architectures, flash media, and common deployment models for virtualization and hybrid-cloud workloads.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A track record of using analytical insights—such as win/loss data, performance benchmarks, and usage telemetry—to prioritize roadmaps and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Collaborative Communication: The ability to translate deeply technical concepts into structured, simple guidance for sales teams while maintaining a high level of credibility with senior architects and engineers.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience engaging directly with customers and solutions engineers to identify gaps in the current portfolio and advocate for requirements that solve real-world business challenges.

  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
