About CertifyOS

CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare.

Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We’re solving that problem.

Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale.

Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data.

We’re backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to discover, build, and scale new businesses at Certify. You will work closely with Sales and customers to find valuable problems we are well positioned to solve, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn the strongest opportunities into products customers buy and use.

Certify’s provider data infrastructure and customer relationships give you a foundation for building new offerings. AI and agentic systems expand what is possible: you can explore a customer’s workflow, put a working prototype in their hands, and test an idea at a pace that would have been difficult even a year ago. You will help determine where that speed can create a lasting business advantage.

You’ll be deep in the context with our customers and have strong start points from our sales and partnership teams. That means joining discovery and sales conversations, observing operational workflows, building and iterating prototypes, and staying involved through delivery and adoption. You will connect those experiences to business decisions about whom we serve, what we offer, how we price it, and where we invest.

This is a role for someone with strong product judgment, practical fluency in agentic AI, and the instincts of a business builder. You should be as comfortable prototyping with a customer as you are challenging a business case or partnering with Engineering to turn an early solution into an enterprise grade product.

What You Will Do

Find and validate new businesses
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify emerging opportunities. Understand the user’s problem, the buyer’s priorities, and where Certify’s data and platform give us an advantage.

  • Develop a clear point of view on which opportunities to pursue. Test willingness to pay, market demand, pricing, cost to serve, and the potential to expand beyond the first customer.

  • Define what must be learned before increasing investment. Make thoughtful decisions about which ideas to iterate, scale, or stop, and communicate the reasoning clearly.

  • Partner with existing product teams where this creates leverage and accelerates the business

Prototype and learn with customers
  • Work directly with customers to understand how work gets done, including the exceptions and manual steps that shape their day. Translate that understanding into solutions they can try.

  • Use AI coding tools and agentic systems to build working prototypes quickly. Iterate in live customer conversations and test the workflow with realistic data and clear measures of value.

  • Partner with Sales to make new offerings tangible through demonstrations and early customer engagements. Align on scope, success criteria, and delivery commitments so we can move quickly and earn customer trust.

Deliver and scale what works
  • Stay accountable from the first experiment through delivery, adoption, and expansion. Work with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to turn validated ideas into products we can support and sell repeatedly.

  • Make clear tradeoffs between the needs of an early customer and a broader product opportunity. Identify what should become a reusable capability and where a tailored solution makes commercial sense.

  • Bring technical judgment to agentic products, including tool and API integration, evaluations, human review, permissions, and failure handling. Partner with Engineering to establish the quality needed for production use.

  • Shape the offering and launch with our commercial teams, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and a repeatable approach to implementation. Help the field understand who the product is for and how to demonstrate its value.

  • Measure customer value and business results, including adoption, time saved, operational quality, revenue, expansion, and margin. Use those results to guide the next investment.

About You
  • You love building products and businesses. You have taken an ambiguous opportunity from discovery to a shipped product and can explain what customers gained and how the business benefited.

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, or founder experience with comparable ownership, in SaaS, healthtech, or another complex software business.

  • You are practically fluent in AI and agentic systems. You use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build and test ideas, and have examples of working prototypes or products you helped deliver.

  • You earn trust with customers and Sales, ask sharp questions, and bring an independent product perspective. You know how to support a commercial opportunity while making sound product and investment decisions.

  • You bring clarity to complex situations and work well with engineers. You can move between a customer conversation, workflow details, technical tradeoffs, and a business case.

  • You are curious, experimental, and comfortable with uncertainty. You learn quickly, act on feedback, and follow through on the details that make a product useful and a business viable.

Experience that would help
  • Launching new paid offerings, working with early customers, or building businesses that combine software and operational services.

  • Healthcare technology, provider data, or regulated enterprise workflows; experience deploying AI agents or automation into real customer operations.

Benefits of Working at Certify

  • At Certify, we’re building with intention and taking care of the people doing the work.

Our US-based team benefits from unlimited PTO, with at least two weeks off each year to recharge. In India, employees are supported with health insurance, statutory leave benefits, and additional wellness (menstrual) leave for women.
