 What you’ll do

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to define and execute on the consumer product strategy that grows our marketplace into the best place for office workers to get lunch. In this role, you’ll own the entire eater-facing Picnic experience, including merchandising, relevance, mobile app, and highly personalized features designed to make ordering food easier. 

 What we’re looking for
  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or Computer Science or related field.
  • You love building early stage consumer products that grow rapidly
  • You work closely with design and engineering teams to create delightful, scalable customer experiences.
  • You have a knack for using data and judgment to find opportunities, and have experience rolling your own data (SQL experience)
  • You love the food industry - the restaurants, the eaters, and the couriers

This role is based in either our San Francisco or Mountain View office location. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week. 

The base salary range for this role is $195,000 - 246,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
