Lead growth product strategy and execution for multiple engineering pods. Own roadmaps, ship end-to-end features from ideation to measurement, drive customer research and UX, and raise product quality standards while working closely with founders and execs.

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. We help revenue teams identify buyers already in market, enrich accounts with data from 40+ sources, and execute personalized, multi-channel outreach—all from a single AI-powered workspace.
Trusted by some of the most innovative go-to-market teams, Unify enables reps to spend less time on manual work and more time building relationships, delivering up to 90% time savings on list building and 19% higher output per rep.
We're building a team of curious, ambitious people who care deeply about craftsmanship, move with urgency, and thrive in fast-paced environments. If you're excited about shaping the future of AI and building products that redefine how modern revenue teams work, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

You'll join a very small, elite product team that works directly with Unify's founders and executive team. You'll own what we build and why.

Unify is building the future of go-to-market with AI. We have strong product instincts across our engineering and design teams — we're looking for someone to accelerate what we ship, fill gaps in our thinking, and make our product dramatically better for customers.

If you've built a product from nothing, run your own company, or been an early PM at a fast-growing startup — this is your kind of role.

What You'll Do

Own the product. You'll define what we build alongside our founders — with strong opinions rooted in deep customer understanding and business context.

Drive strategy and execution for your pods. You'll be directly responsible for a couple of growth engineering pods — owning the roadmap, setting priorities, and making sure your teams are shipping the highest-impact work.

Ship end to end. Take ideas from napkin sketch to launched feature. You scope it, you ship it, you measure it, you iterate.

Be the voice of the customer. Talk to users constantly. Dig into usage data. Understand what they're actually trying to do. Turn those insights into product decisions.

Sweat the details on UX. You care about every click, every label, every flow. You catch the friction that everyone else walks past. You ship things that are simple, elegant, and delightful.

Raise the bar on product quality. You'll help set the standards for how product works at Unify — how we think about quality, how we make decisions, how we ship.

What We're Looking For
  • 5–8 years building product, ideally at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies. Bonus if you've founded a company or been an early employee at a startup with Growth experience

  • You've shipped 0→1 products. You know what it's like to build something when there's no playbook.

  • Deep product sense and UX instinct. You have strong taste and a track record of shipping products that users love.

  • You move fast and make decisions with imperfect information. You're comfortable with ambiguity and would rather ship and learn than wait for certainty.

  • You're technical enough to be dangerous. You can read a tech spec, understand system constraints, and have a real conversation with engineers about tradeoffs.

  • You're metrics-driven. You define success upfront, instrument everything, and let data guide your iterations. You know which numbers matter and you move them.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. You can articulate a product vision, write a clear spec, and get a room aligned without relying on your title.

Bonus
  • You've built AI-native products, automation tools, or sales/marketing tech.

  • You've been a founder, co-founder, or early employee (first ~20) at a startup.

  • You've lived in the world of sales, marketing, and revenue tools. You understand how the pipeline actually gets built, why reps hate their CRM, and what "outbound" really looks like day to day.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
