Description
At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We're turning today's impossible into tomorrow's standard -from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features.
Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product execution for Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in support of enterprise marketing use cases at GM. This role exists to unify roadmap direction across campaign delivery, audience, segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation capabilities while driving adoption through strong cross-functional delivery. The role is also important to strengthen GM's customer data foundation, support the foundational setup of the platform, modernize campaign capabilities across Adobe platforms, and drive innovation through to adoption for developer teams.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can independently lead complex work, operate across multiple teams, and drive meaningful outcomes across the function. The role is expected to have significant operational impact, own development and delivery of solutions, drive cross-team efforts, and mentor more junior employees while working with general management guidance.
What you'll do
  • Own execution of the product roadmap for Adobe Campaign, AEP, or AJO, translating business priorities into clear plans, sequencing, and delivery outcomes aligned to marketing business needs.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, analytics, marketing, operations, and vendor partners to ensure campaign, audience, and journey capabilities are implemented and adopted successfully.
  • Align teams on priorities, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across campaign delivery, audience management, segmentation, activation, and journey orchestration use cases.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to improve how customer data capabilities support campaign execution, audience strategy, and broader MarTech modernization goals.
  • Lead foundational platform setup and readiness activities, while driving innovation from concept through adoption for developer teams and business stakeholders.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms for planning, backlog management, decision-making, issue resolution, and communication across multiple teams.
  • Surface blockers early, drive decisions with urgency, and maintain momentum in complex environments with multiple moving parts.
  • Use customer and stakeholder insights to shape improvements in platform capabilities to proactively translate insights into actionable strategies to improve customer experience.
  • Mentor less experienced product managers and serve as a strong cross-functional leader without direct authority, helping teams navigate ambiguity and execute at a high standard.

What success looks like
  • The roadmap for Adobe Campaign, AEP, or AJO is coordinated, clear, and actionable across teams.
  • Delivery stays on track across cross-functional initiatives, with risks surfaced and addressed early.
  • Marketing stakeholders can more effectively use audience, segmentation, and journey capabilities to support enterprise use cases.
  • Foundational platform capabilities are established effectively, and innovation is translated into usable, adopted solutions for developer teams and business stakeholders.
  • Teams have stronger alignment, better prioritization, and clearer ownership across product and delivery work.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of product management experience in MarTech, CRM, customer data, campaign platforms, or related enterprise technology

  • 5+ years with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or similar marketing platforms
  • Experience owning roadmap delivery and translating business needs into clear requirements and priorities
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, architecture, data, analytics, CRM, operations, and vendor teams
  • Understanding of customer data, audiences, segmentation, activation, campaign operations, and journey orchestration
  • Ability to partner with technical teams on platform setup, integrations, and solution decisions
  • Experience managing intake, dependencies, risks, and prioritization across multiple workstreams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
  • Experience driving adoption, business readiness, and change management for new capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in the Adobe ecosystem, including Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, AEM, or related platforms
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM, MarTech, or customer data environments
  • Experience with agile product management, backlog management, and release planning
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Additional strengths
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and keep delivery moving
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
