The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join SoFi’s Money team, to help new SoFi members discover, explore, and begin their banking journey. You will lead experimentation in the Onboarding funnel and First 90 Day experiences for new members. This role will be responsible for optimizing the top of the Money application funnel from landing pages through to application start, as well as identifying opportunities to surprise and delight members in their first 90 days with SoFi.  That includes building smart, personalized, and high-converting experiences, and using experimentation, data, and customer insights to continually iterate and improve. You will own a high-impact area with strong business visibility, working at the intersection of growth, product, and member experience.

This is a hands-on, full-stack PM role. You’ll partner with a dedicated engineering team, designer, growth marketers, data scientists, and many others to deliver measurable business impact and delightful member experiences. You’ll lead independently, own key metrics, and help shape the strategy for Checking and Savings growth at SoFi.

What You’ll Do
  • Help shape and execute a product-led growth roadmap, with a focus on top of funnel onboarding and activation experiences
  • Define and track key success metrics, including Money landing pages → Application Start conversion, Application funnel conversion, NPS, and cross-sell to other SoFi products
  • Develop and launch high-impact experiments to drive funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and better member engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and operations to execute on growth plans
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create intuitive, performant, and responsive web/mobile experiences
  • Use data and user research to deeply understand member needs, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly
  • Champion SoFi’s values, especially Iterate, Learn, Innovate, in your day-to-day work
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a technical, finance, or quantitative field
  • 3+years of product management or growth product experience
  • Track record of driving meaningful business outcomes through data-driven product development
  • Experience launching and optimizing growth experiences at scale
  • Ability to work independently, own KPIs, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present ideas, insights, and results to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Deep empathy for customers and a desire to help people achieve their financial goals
Nice to Have
  • Experience in consumer fintech and/or data analytics
  • Background in growth product management, funnel optimization, or A/B testing
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, or analytics stacks (e.g., GA, Amplitude, Optimizely, StatSig)
Compensation and Benefits
