About Us
At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.
We are a hyper-growth Series C company, backed by over $200 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and Andreessen Horowitz with support from General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get sh*t done with urgency and focus.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.
About the role
The Product team at Félix is growing. We're a small but mighty group building the foundation for a world-class product function inside one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in LATAM and the U.S.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: build financial tools to empower Latino immigrants in the U.S.
We started with remittances. Multiproduct is where Félix becomes something bigger, a place where we also offer consumer lending, wallet and payments to access multiple financial services rather than just move it. That shift changes what we owe our users. Not only a fast, trustworthy send, but a balance they understand, a history they can read, and a sense that their money is growing safely with us.
As Senior PM Multiproduct Experience Enablement you will own the internal platform that enables domain teams across Félix to build, launch, and operate intelligent product conversations. You will lead our self-service Flow Platform, driving enablement from configuration and reusable primitives to testing, evaluation, and seamless human-handoff workflows with CX. Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Support, you will establish platform governance and turn recurring team needs into scalable, automated capabilities. We are seeking a highly technical, user-obsessed product leader with deep experience in platform infrastructure, APIs, and workflow engines who thrives in a high-velocity environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the self-service Flow Platform: agent and flow configuration, shared primitives, admin tooling, catalogs, versioning, launch gates, rollout, and rollback.
- Own domain-team enablement from intake and onboarding through migration, launch, and continuous improvement; convert recurring needs into reusable capabilities.
- Own flow-level testing, evaluation, and experimentation requirements, including the simulator, standard scenarios, launch criteria, and success metrics.
- Serve as end-to-end product POC with CX Platform and Support for human handoff, including context, transfer and cancellation, Ninja reclaim, return to automation, and SLAs.
- Operationalize experience, safety, localization, Compliance, and proactive-flow standards through platform tooling and launch processes.
Requirements
- Strong technical product-management background, with demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams on complex platform or infrastructure products.
- Experience with API products, developer platforms, internal tools, workflow systems, or other products whose primary users are technical or operational teams.
- Ability to understand system architecture, service boundaries, data flows, integration patterns, and technical tradeoffs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Experience defining reusable primitives, interfaces, governance, and self-service capabilities that enable multiple teams to build independently.
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Compliance, Support, and other platform consumers, including migrations, rollout, and change management.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, observability, release management, experimentation, or AI evaluation is preferred.
- Advanced English level
These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
