The Payments team already enables communities to manage online payments, balances, and statements. As we expand our offering to more financial workflows, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of financial interactions across the senior care ecosystem. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create roadmaps that balance user needs, revenue growth, compliance requirements, and architectural scalability.
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration for all Payments features.
  • Work with payment partners, track financial performance of payments
  • Keep up to date with payments regulation and compliance requirements
  • Write detailed payment specifications for processing payments with new and existing partners
  • Partner with engineering to define product requirements, API behaviors, data models, and technical constraints.
  • Ensure Payment flows are reliable, fast, compliant, and easy for non-technical staff to use.
  • Lead cross-functional programs with Sales, Finance, Client Experience, and external partners (payment processors, gateways, vendors).

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS, or workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems (card networks, ACH, subscription billing, fraud, reconciliation).
  • Demonstrated experience launching high-impact products with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to break down complex financial workflows into simple, usable product flows.
  • Strong analytical skills—comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and SQL or comparable tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
