As Senior Product Manager for People Technology, you will own and scale the systems that underpin the full employee lifecycle — spanning HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, learning, compensation, and performance — as well as cross-functional workflows with Finance, Security, IT, and Analytics. You will leverage integration platforms, modern APIs, and AI-powered workflows to unlock measurable outcomes across onboarding, access provisioning, and workforce insights.
In this role, you will:- Define and own the PeopleTech product vision, strategy, and roadmap across core platforms and integrations (HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, L&D, Compensation, Performance), partnering closely with HR, IT, Security, and Finance
- Lead end-to-end product delivery: discovery, requirements, scoping, prioritization, execution, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement for enterprise PeopleTech systems
- Drive lifecycle automation for onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, payroll/benefits data flows, and manager self-service — leveraging modern integration platforms (e.g., Workato) and APIs
- Partner with HRIS and Systems Engineering to implement secure, reliable integrations across platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and collaboration suites; ensure IAM alignment with privacy and least-privilege practices
- Establish telemetry, monitoring, and incident workflows for PeopleTech jobs (data syncs, approvals, downstream feeds), with strong documentation and operational playbooks
- Collaborate with Security/Compliance to design pragmatic controls (access, change, configuration, logging) and support quarterly reviews and audit evidence for PeopleTech
- Champion employee-centric experiences by simplifying and modernizing workflows for HR, managers, and employees through intuitive product design, automation, and AI-powered capabilities that drive adoption, efficiency, and self-service
- Define success metrics (adoption, SLA, data quality, effort reduction), publish dashboards, and communicate status and impact to leadership and stakeholders
- 5–10 years of product management experience, including enterprise applications or PeopleTech/HR Technology; proven ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS domains and processes (HCM, advanced compensation, benefits/payroll, recruiting, headcount management, manager self-service)
- Familiarity with platforms and integrations common to PeopleTech, such as Workday (HCM, integrations), Greenhouse (ATS), Okta (IAM), and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Workato/Boomi)
- Strong technical acumen with APIs/REST, event-driven patterns, data mapping/validation, and reliability/observability principles for integration workflows
- Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, IT, and Security on privacy, data governance, and compliance (e.g., SOX), translating requirements into pragmatic product and control designs
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and change management; excellent written/verbal communication that bridges technical and business audiences
- Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
- Workday experience across security, reporting, business processes, and integrations (Studio, EIB, RaaS, Cloud Connect) or equivalent HRIS exposure; Workday certifications are a plus
- Experience leveraging AI-powered capabilities, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve employee, manager, and HR experiences across onboarding, talent management, learning, support, and workforce operations
- Exposure to collaboration stacks (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365) and workforce productivity/identity programs; familiarity with GRC/compliance tooling
- Experience with Greenhouse or other enterprise recruiting platforms
