About Us

Crypto.com is on a mission to put Cryptocurrency in Every Wallet™. Founded in 2016, we serve more than 150 million customers and are the world's fastest-growing global cryptocurrency platform, built on a foundation of security, privacy, and compliance. Our Predictions business sits at the intersection of crypto, sports, and real-money markets — one of the fastest-moving frontiers we operate in.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to own the CDNA Exchange platform end-to-end — the technology that powers our flagship "OG" product and a growing roster of global B2B and B2C brands. This is not a support role on someone else's roadmap. The exchange is the backbone of the entire Predictions business: every improvement in matching, settlement, and reliability shows up directly in trading volume, partner revenue, and how many brands we can put on our rails.

Your mandate is to make the Predictions Exchange the default operating system for prediction markets: prioritizing the engineering backlog, owning delivery from concept to post-launch, and aligning technical execution with the commercial goals of both our B2C users and B2B partners.

You will run your roadmap with independence. You report to the VP of Product, who sets overall strategy and prioritization across Predictions. You own the how and the when — what ships, in what order, and when it's ready. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

If you've shipped product against a mature, stable platform, this will feel different. You'll be doing it at the frontier of prediction markets, where the technology is complex, the traffic is real-money and real-time, and the playbook is yours to write.

What You'll Actually Do:

    • Own the Predictions Exchange as its dedicated PM. You are the DRI for the CDNA platform. You decide what the exchange needs to serve our global B2B and B2C markets, and you're accountable for whether it delivers.

    • Take end-to-end ownership of delivery. You move work from conceptualization and requirements through shipping and post-launch optimization. No handoffs where the outcome falls through the cracks — you carry it to the number.

    • Prioritize the backlog for a large engineering team. You make the tradeoff calls on what gets built, translate business goals into technical requirements, and keep a big engineering org pointed at the highest-leverage work.

    • Streamline how the product gets built. You work with leadership to tighten the development process — cutting cycle time, removing ambiguity, and making shipping faster and more predictable.

    • Keep the exchange scaling as the backbone of operations. You own the reliability and scalability bar as volume, brands, and markets grow, so the platform never becomes the bottleneck.

Requirements:

    • Proven execution as an individual contributor. You have a track record of getting things done independently. You can describe a product you drove from concept to ship largely on your own, and what you did when priorities or dependencies broke down.

    • Full product-lifecycle ownership. You've managed products from requirement-gathering through launch and post-launch optimization — and can point to the outcome, not just the launch.

    • Comfort with complex, technical platforms. You work effectively with large engineering teams and understand exchange, transactional, or other high-throughput real-time systems well enough to make credible prioritization calls.

    • Sports domain interest. You bring a solid understanding of — or a genuine, demonstrable interest in — the sports industry that informs how you think about the product.

    • Cross-timezone coordination. You've kept teams and stakeholders across Europe and the US aligned and moving, and can show how.

    • Thrives in high-growth ambiguity. You're comfortable when priorities shift fast, and you can describe a time you kept shipping through it.

    Preferred:

    • Exchange technology or prediction-markets experience: you've built against matching engines, order books, or settlement systems before and can ramp fast.

    • Crypto or fintech background: you understand the regulatory, security, and real-money stakes native to the space.

    •

      Why This Role:

      • Direct business impact. The exchange is the front door of the entire Predictions flow. Your work shows up in trading volume, partner revenue, and how many brands we can launch.

      • Frontier of the space. Prediction markets on crypto rails are new territory. You're not maintaining a mature product — you're building the platform the category runs on.

      • Real ownership and access. You're the DRI, reporting straight to the VP of Product. No layers between you and the decisions that matter.

      • Scale from day one. You're building for a platform that serves 150M+ customers globally, with the reach to put your work in front of real users and partners immediately.

      • Growth and mobility. A transformational, high-growth environment with an internal mobility program and a genuine path to expand your scope.

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry.
