About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Scale Test

Today, customers facing high-stakes launches, multi-org transformations, or seasonal traffic spikes operate in the dark — hoping their systems scale rather than knowing they will. Scale Test changes that equation. Scale Test is Salesforce's native, comprehensive performance testing platform - the only solution that scans your production org to generate AI-powered test plan insights, then transforms your Full Copy Sandbox into a production-like environment for true scale validation.

Our mission: make any developer a performance engineer through a low-code, intuitive test automation experience.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to led the Scale Test product. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of platform engineering, enterprise customer success, and AI-driven testing innovation.
You won't just manage a backlog — you'll be a strategic owner who deeply understands how our largest customers architect and test their Salesforce implementations, translates that into a compelling product roadmap, and drives Scale Test toward its next phase of growth across Agentforce, Partners, and GovCloud.

What You'll Do

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Serve as the primary PM interface for enterprise customers running Scale Test, working closely with them through complex, time-sensitive testing windows to gather deep technical feedback

  • Partner with ISVs, SIs, and GovCloud customers to understand their unique testing requirements (e.g., data residency, compliance, FedRamp) and drive feature development accordingly

  • Translate complex enterprise customer scenarios — from Hyperforce migrations to Agentforce go-lives to peak load events — into clear, prioritized product specs and user stories

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the prioritized roadmap for Scale Test — covering test plan creation, test scheduler, test execution, load generation, UI script recorder/builder, and AI-powered features (Scale Agent, AI Script Healing)

  • Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Scale Test across multiple engineering teams (managed load generation, analytics platform, DevOps integration)

  • Define and drive the Agentforce testing strategy — understanding how customers build and validate Agentforce implementations at scale and driving features to support their go-lives

  • Lead the Vibe Testing capabilities roadmap: enabling PMs, admins, and non-engineers to intuitively define, run, and interpret performance tests through natural language and AI-guided flows — reducing reliance on scripting expertise and democratizing scale testing across teams

  • Drive the Pilot-to-GA pipeline for cutting-edge capabilities including Scale Agent (AI assistant for test analysis), Load Generation, and AI Script Healing

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in performance testing, AI/Agentforce workload patterns, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise DevOps practices

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work across Salesforce product teams (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Hyperforce, Platform) to ensure Scale Test integrates effectively and is positioned as a required step in every major go-live

  • Partner with Sales, AEs, CSMs, and Solution Architects on GTM strategies — including sales plays, competitive positioning, customer enablement, and new market expansion

  • Collaborate with the enablement team on Trailhead modules, internal FAQs, sales canvases, and persona-based selling guides

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive sprint planning, feature scoping, and launch readiness across engineering and research teams

  • Define success metrics and monitor product KPIs — including RPS thresholds tested, scale test days consumed, customer satisfaction, and renewal rates

  • Represent Scale Test at customer conversations, TDX/Dreamforce sessions, partner discussions, and internal executive reviews

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4+ years in a B2B SaaS or platform product role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or technical field; MBA or Master's degree in Business, Product Management, or related field a plus

  • Demonstrated experience owning complex, technically deep products end-to-end — from discovery through launch and iteration

  • Strong technical fluency — ability to engage meaningfully with engineering on infrastructure, load generation, APIs, and system design without needing to code

  • Track record of working directly with enterprise customers to surface insights and drive product improvements — ideally in performance-sensitive or platform contexts

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — equally comfortable in an engineering sprint review, a customer-facing demo, and an executive business review

  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and make high-quality decisions with incomplete information

  • Prior experience with performance testing, load testing, or developer tooling products (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar)

  • Agentic testing experience — you've built or managed products that test AI agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous systems; you understand how to validate quality, reliability, and performance for non-deterministic AI systems

  • Deep technical fluency across performance testing, load generation, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), and SaaS architecture — able to engage deeply with engineering teams and communicate clearly to executive audiences

  • Experience with testing/observability/monitoring products — you've built or managed products in the DevOps toolchain (load testing, APM, observability, CI/CD, test automation)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on exposure to Agentforce, Hyperforce, Salesforce Platform, or adjacent Salesforce products

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform — multi-tenant SaaS architecture, sandboxes (Full Copy, Partial Copy, Developer), Hyperforce, governor limits, metadata model, Apex/LWC performance

  • Experience with Salesforce developer tooling or platform products — DevOps Center, Code Analyzer, Optimizer, CLI, VS Code extensions, or similar DX products

  • Understanding of Agentforce testing needs — what metrics matter (prompt latency, action execution time, LLM error rates, agent success rate, reasoning quality), how to measure quality at scale

  • Experience working with Partners (ISVs / SIs) and managing partner-driven product requirements

  • Familiarity with GovCloud / public sector requirements including FedRamp or equivalent data residency standards

  • Passion for democratizing developer tooling — making complex workflows accessible to non-engineers through low-code and AI-guided experiences (Vibe Testing)

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience driving Pilot-to-GA product launches with strong customer feedback loops

Why Join Us

  • High visibility, high ownership: Scale Test is a fast-growing product with direct executive attention and a clear path to significant revenue impact

  • Real enterprise impact: Your work directly helps some of Salesforce's most demanding enterprise customers go live with confidence at production scale

  • AI at the core: Shape how Agentforce implementations are validated at scale — a uniquely forward-looking problem space

  • Full product lifecycle ownership: From Pilots (Scale Agent, AI Script Healing, Vibe Testing) to GA releases to new market expansion (GovCloud, Partners, global enterprise)

  • Career growth: Build and own a high-growth product on a team that operates with startup velocity inside Salesforce's global scale

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
