    • Drive roadmap prioritization using value-vs-effort frameworks to maximize impact and time to market.
    • Balance near-term delivery with long-term strategic investments.

    • Oversee the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and post-release optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
    • Use tools such as Notion, Confluence, Jira, and other internal platforms to drive transparency, collaboration, and documentation across teams.
  • Champion User-Centric Product Development
    • Leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to guide product direction.
    • Foster a deep understanding of the needs on both sides of a consumer and wellness business marketplace.
    • Partner with UX and research to ensure products are intuitive, efficient, and easy to use.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leaders and stakeholders
    • Build strong relationships with partner businesses, gathering feedback to guide roadmap decisions.
    • Collaborate with marketing to ensure successful product positioning and launches.

  • Experience working with social graphs or consumer products with deep community engagement moats
  • A strong track record building high quality consumer products.
  • Deep experience with consumer mobile apps and consumer growth and engagement funnel optimization
  • Technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting data independently. You have run large-scale experiments to validate and measure product changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering across functions and with data science.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
