Overview
The Pricless Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to help drive our customer experience strategy forward through continuous innovation and thoughtful problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the end-to-end customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and brings an entrepreneurial mindset.
This role will lead the evolution of both new and existing product features across our consumer and B2B2C offerings. This position requires a balance of frontend and platform product management, with ownership of UX outcomes spanning both direct UI design and API behavior. The PMT will partner closely with engineering, UX/design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable, and on-brand experiences across the Priceless ecosystem, while building strong technical, product, and business expertise.
Role • Deliver end-to-end Priceless capabilities across frontend experiences and platform APIs for internal teams and B2B partners. • Manage APIs as long-lived platform products while evolving Priceless.com as a high-quality consumer experience. • Define requirements across frontend features, backend services, APIs, and key behaviors (validation, errors, sessions). • Own UX outcomes across UI and API interactions, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences. • Map and validate end-to-end journeys (discovery through fulfillment) across consumer and partner touchpoints. • Partner with engineering and UX to translate business needs into scalable solutions, including epics, features, and acceptance criteria. • Participate in agile delivery and continuously optimize through monitoring, iteration, and responsible use of AI tools.• Participate in agile ceremonies and translate business, UX, and platform needs into engineering ready epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
All About You • Proven experience working with frontend, platform, and/or infrastructure engineering. • Foundational experience in technical product management (platforms, APIs, or digital consumer products). • Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, and integrations. • Ability to think through and align UX across frontend UI and backend APIs. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable / Additional Capabilities:• Experience with consumer-facing websites and API-driven platforms. • Exposure to B2B partner integrations. • Familiarity with AI-assisted product workflows. • Awareness of platform governance, security, or compliance considerations.
