About the Role

Hinge Health is looking for a strategic, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our newly forming program launch and optimization squad. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and member experience, built for someone who thinks like a GM, operates with speed, and knows how to turn ambiguous opportunities into products that deliver tangible user and business value.

In this role, you will own the health of Hinge Health's digital physical therapy program portfolio, scanning for the highest-value growth opportunities, building and validating new program extensions, and establishing the operating model for how we launch and optimize programs at scale. You will work closely with commercial, clinical, design, and engineering partners across the org, and will interface regularly with executive leadership on new product bets. This role is for someone who is energized by building something new, comfortable without a defined playbook, and biased toward speed to action.

What makes you a great fit
  1. 0→1 Experience Shaper: You've built net-new products end-to-end, from idea to member in market. You know how to knit together app, service, and hardware touchpoints into one coherent experience — and you think about the full journey, not just the screen..

  2. Strategic Ownership: You operate with a CEO-like sense of ownership, taking complete accountability for your product area's performance and outcomes. You hold member outcomes, business performance, and gross margin in tension simultaneously — and make principled tradeoffs across all three

  3. Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, developing high-quality hypotheses and moving work forward even when success is not yet well-defined.

  4. Bias to Action: You don't need to own a surface to move it. You know how to build the case, earn trust with horizontal teams and get prioritization decisions made. You default to finding the fastest path to signal, and you know when a decision needs to slow down and build a coalition versus when it needs a prototype live by the next sprint.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Own Program Portfolio Performance: Establish and monitor performance signals across Hinge Health's digital physical therapy programs — engagement, retention, outcomes, and gross margin. Identify where programs are under-optimized and where the expected value of targeted investment is highest.

  • Build the Launch Playbook. Define how the squad operates; how we evaluate new program innovation, handle client customizations, validate product market fit, and decide when a new program is ready to migrate to horizontal ownership

Launch New Program Experiences. Lead discovery and validation to expand our dPT program portfolio, identifying opportunities to reach new member segments or better engage existing ones using Hinge Health’s core product foundations.

  • Deliver Measurable Results. Define quantitative and qualitative metrics of success and own the roadmap that drives Hinge Health category expansion.

  • Shape Priorities Across the Org. Collaborate with horizontal product teams and cross-functional partners to ensure program-level priorities get the investment they deserve, and keep stakeholders focused on the highest value bets.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on 0-1 product development.

  • Experience Design. Demonstrated ability to shape end-to-end member or user experiences that span multiple touch points (app, service, hardware, or equivalent).

  • Business Acumen. Comfortable owning business outcomes — not just product metrics — including growth, retention, and gross margin. Proven track record operating in contexts where commercial or client priorities must be balanced with direct user needs.

  • Data Rigor: Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize lifecycle metrics (engagement, retention); experience in single hypothesis-driven testing and experimental design.

  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in digital health, fitness, or a clinically-informed consumer product environment.

  • Experience in a matrixed organization where you drove outcomes without owning dedicated engineering resources.

  • Familiarity with multi-modal product experiences involving connected hardware, care services, or clinical workflows.
