We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, you’ll receive 22 days paid time off, plus 11 company paid holidays. Also, medical, dental & vision insurance, 5% 401(k) company match, plus a range of other benefits that you can choose from.

About you:

You care about building products that people actually use and value. You enjoy shaping ideas from early thinking through to launch, and you’re comfortable taking ownership along the way. You’re curious about customers, motivated by solving real problems, and happy working in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined yet.

You’re confident working with engineers, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders — and you bring people with you by communicating clearly and simply. You’re also excited by how artificial intelligence can improve how products are built and how customers experience them.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own product strategy and direction for your area, using customer insight to decide what to build and why.

  • Run discovery work — speaking to customers, using insights tools including artificial intelligence, and turning findings into a clear, prioritised backlog.

  • Work closely with engineering to keep delivery moving, making sure priorities are clear and the team understands the purpose behind what they’re building.

  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer teams to bring products to market and make sure launches land well with customers.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience and have owned a product end-to-end — from strategy and discovery through build and go-to-market.

  • Comfort working in Agile teams (a way of delivering work in short, focused cycles), keeping priorities clear and outcomes front of mind.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply to different audiences.

  • An interest in artificial intelligence tools and how they can support product discovery, writing, and delivery.

Base salary range: $135k-$145k
