Who are we?

RZR Global is an AI-driven company specializing in mobile advertising solutions designed to fuel revenue growth. We leverage AI to discover audiences in a privacy-first environment through trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary behavioral models. Our audience engagement platform includes creative strategy and execution. We handle 5 million mobile ad requests per second from over 10 billion devices, driving performance for both publishers and brands. We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.

Role Overview

RZR Global is launching new businesses from inside the company. The first is OnAire, a mobile-first advertising app that turns small business video content into CTV, Meta, TikTok, and Google ads. More products will follow.

This PM will sit in the Office of the CEO and own each new venture end to end: strategy, spec, design, engineering coordination, go-to-market, and iteration. They will use AI tools and a very small team to ship at a pace that would normally require 3x the headcount.

This is not a single-product role. This person will launch and operate multiple businesses simultaneously, each targeting different markets and customer segments. They will work directly with the CEO daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end product ownership: Take each new venture from concept through launch, monetization, and iteration.

  • Multi-product execution: Run 2-3 new products simultaneously at different stages of maturity.

  • AI-native development: Use LLMs, code generation, and AI design tools as primary development accelerators.

  • Go-to-market: Own landing pages, onboarding, pricing, sales enablement, and early customer acquisition.

  • Spec and ship: Write PRDs, build prototypes, run user testing, and coordinate small engineering teams through rapid release cycles.

  • Analytics and decisioning: Stand up measurement, define KPIs, and make fast calls on what to keep, kill, or pivot.

  • Direct CEO partnership: Work with the CEO daily on strategy, prioritization, and execution.

  • Customer development: Talk to customers constantly. Feed insights directly into product decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in product management with at least one 0-to-1 product launch you personally drove.

  • You have shipped product, not just managed roadmaps. You can point to things that exist because you built them.

  • Highly technical: can read code, write SQL, build in no-code tools, and hold your own with engineers.

  • Deep fluency with AI/LLM tools for product development. You already use them daily.

  • Adtech, martech, SaaS, or marketplace experience is a strong plus.

  • Fast decision-maker. Comfortable at 70% information. Corrects course quickly.

  • Strong written communication: specs, pitch decks, customer emails, Slack announcements, all in the same day.

  • Thrives in ambiguity. Creates structure where none exists.

  • On-site San Francisco.
