About the Role

You are the "Navigator" of the App Matrix strategy. Leveraging NewsBreak's mature traffic pool, you will identify market opportunities and define brand-new products. This role requires exceptional business acumen, data-driven insights, and the decisiveness to validate ideas through MVPs in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • 0-to-1 Strategy: Lead the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and MVP definition to global scaling.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Design scientific A/B tests and analyze user behavior data to iterate products and optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Product Vision: Define long-term roadmaps, ensuring powerful synergy between matrix products and the core NewsBreak ecosystem.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the product owner to drive Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams, removing blockers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    1. 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile internet products (Content, Social, or Utility apps).
    2. Proven track record of successfully launching a product from 0 to 1 and achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF).
    3. Exceptional analytical skills; expert in SQL and user behavior analysis tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    1. Global product vision and understanding of the US mobile internet market trends.
    2. High aesthetic standards for UI/UX and strong user empathy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
