About ShipHawk

ShipHawk is building the operating system for modern commerce operations. Our advanced shipping software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) help retailers, wholesalers, and ecommerce brands solve complex distribution challenges — without thrashing workers, the environment, or the bottom line.

We deliver Tier 1 functionality purpose-built for the mid-market. Now, we’re embedding AI and data intelligence directly into operational workflows to increase autonomy, improve decision quality, and reduce manual effort across the warehouse and shipping lifecycle.

If you’re excited by the intersection of physical operations and digital innovation, this is your opportunity to shape the future of fulfillment technology.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for AI-driven operational capabilities across our order fulfillment platform.

This is a high-impact role on our Product team. You will define multi-quarter strategy, own roadmap execution, and deliver measurable customer outcomes in complex operational environments. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure our products deliver real value at scale.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product and requires strong customer discovery skills, systems thinking, and a proven track record in complex B2B SaaS platforms.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and drive multi-quarter product strategy aligned to company growth goals

  • Identify and prioritize initiatives that materially improve customer outcomes (cost, service levels, throughput, labor efficiency)

  • Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch, focusing on outcomes over outputs

  • Embed AI and operational intelligence into core workflows

  • Conduct disciplined customer discovery and validation to ensure product-market fit

  • Partner with Engineering to make thoughtful architectural tradeoffs balancing scale, flexibility, and speed

  • Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and business impact

  • Work directly with mid-market and enterprise customers to inform roadmap direction

  • Champion ShipHawk’s intelligence and platform capabilities internally and externally

  • Elevate product management craft and rigor across the organization

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of product management experience

  • 2+ years working on workflow-heavy platforms (WMS, logistics, supply chain, ERP, or similar systems)

  • Proven track record delivering complex B2B SaaS products in agile environments

  • Strong systems thinker with technical fluency in API-driven and multi-tenant architectures

  • Experience translating operational pain points into scalable SaaS solutions

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-quarter strategic initiatives

  • Highly analytical with comfort making decisions in ambiguity

  • Exceptional communication skills - able to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive clarity

  • Experience working closely with implementation-heavy, mid-market, or enterprise customers

Bonus Points
  • Background in ecommerce fulfillment or 3PL environments

  • Experience with operational data products or ERP integrations

  • Startup or high-growth SaaS experience

  • Experience leading platform or workflow-based products

  • Experience bringing AI-powered products to market

Why ShipHawk
  • Shape a category-defining product with meaningful market impact

  • Work on real-world operational challenges with passionate teammates

  • Competitive compensation and equity

  • Remote flexibility with strong team collaboration

  • Clear path for growth into product leadership
