Role Overview:

Revecore is a leader in complex claims and underpayment recovery solutions, helping hospitals and health systems optimize reimbursement and strengthen revenue integrity. As we continue to scale our Complex Claims service line, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead transformation across our core claims workflow and operational platform.

This role owns and drives strategic initiatives across AI, intelligent automation, and UI/UX modernization within our primary claims processing and operational systems. You will be responsible for identifying workflow inefficiencies, leveraging data and emerging technologies to streamline operations, and delivering scalable product improvements that enhance productivity, accuracy, and financial performance.

As a senior leader within Product, you will:

  • Own the roadmap for AI, automation, and user experience initiatives within the Complex Claims platform
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery, business case development, and execution
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Data, and executive stakeholders

  • Collaborate across Revecore service lines to drive shared innovation and platform consistency

This is a highly visible role requiring both deep RCM expertise and strong technical fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product Management to analyze and define business problems across Underpayment Workflows
  • Perform data research and trend analysis to quantify issues, validate root causes, and support prioritization of enhancement backlog items.
  • Write well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria that guide engineering teams in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Document and map system logic, data flow, and dependencies within Revecore’s core platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
  • Support UAT and production validation to ensure new features meet success criteria and deliver measurable improvement.
  • Maintain a clear view of system performance and recurring issues to inform roadmap decisions.

What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise software environments.
  • Deep Revenue Cycle Management expertise (required), with strong understanding of complex claims, denials, underpayments, payer reimbursement behavior, and operational claim workflows.
  • Demonstrated ownership of platform-level initiatives involving AI, automation, or workflow transformation, with measurable operational or financial impact.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (required) with the ability to independently analyze large relational datasets, define KPIs, validate business problems, and measure product outcomes.
  • Experience modernizing or optimizing core operational systems and UI/UX within workflow-driven platforms.
  • Strong technical fluency, including experience with APIs, ETL workflows, financial transaction systems, and claims data formats (e.g., 835/837).
  • Proven ability to mentor or guide other Product Managers while serving as a strategic individual contributor.
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence across Engineering, Operations, Data, and senior leadership.
  • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution — comfortable defining vision and roadmap while also writing clear, testable user stories in Agile environments (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).

Work at Home Requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
