Why Clarium?

Our mission is to accelerate healthcare transformation through our AI-powered platform. We strive toward a future where hospitals are at the cutting edge of technology, operations and efficiency. Healthcare workers are inundated with endless tasks, manual processes and often unintuitive tools. Clarium is transforming healthcare by empowering providers with AI-powered software with intelligent workflow automation and actionable insights.

We envision a future where all hospitals leverage our collaborative data platform to automate their daily operational and administrative tasks, only surfacing high complexity issues that truly require their expertise.

We're backed by some of the biggest and most innovative investors in the world including: Northzone, General Catalyst, AlleyCorp, 1984 Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and others.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Supply Chain product area. You’ll own a suite of data-heavy, enterprise products used by large health systems and hospital networks, partnering closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build impactful cost savings capabilities and turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable and easy to use platform.

You’ll be the primary PM for a cross-functional squad (5 engineers and 1 designer) and play a key role in building out product management as a core capability at the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our supply chain products (discovery, definition, product development, delivery, iteration)

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and a designer to ship impactful, data-driven features and products

  • Spend meaningful time with customers to observe workflows, run user research and discovery, and validate solutions

  • Partner with commercial, customer success, and implementation teams to understand customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements

  • Help refine and roll out a consistent product development process with the supply chain team (team process, rituals, decision frameworks)

  • Drive unification of multiple products into a coherent, user-friendly platform (including rationalizing and deprecating features where needed)

  • Deeply understand our data model, business logic, and dependencies (data warehouse, application database, data pipelines) to design high-quality, data-intensive user experiences

  • Mentor less-experienced product managers/associate PMs and contribute to building a strong PM culture and practice

  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and design to continuously improve how we plan, build, and ship product

What Success Looks Like
  • A clear, repeatable product development process is adopted by the supply chain team so that the team is high performing and working productively together

  • The supply chain team’s roadmap delivery becomes more predictable

  • Customers experience a more unified, high quality, and intuitive product instead of fragmented one-offs

  • The team has become the experts in our supply chain customers

  • The team can make faster, data-informed decisions with less ambiguity

  • Associate PMs and adjacent team members grow in their product skills and understanding of the domain of product management as a result of your collaboration and guidance

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on product management experience, including time as the primary PM for a significant product or product area

  • Strong enterprise B2B SaaS experience

  • Experience working closely with engineering and design in a collaborative and agile / iterative environment

  • Demonstrated success owning roadmap and execution in environments with competing stakeholder demands (e.g., enterprise clients, commercial teams)

Domain Background

  • Healthcare experience required:

    • Large health systems, payers, or health platforms

    • Healthcare B2B SaaS (EHR, revenue cycle management, clinical or operational platforms)

    • Pharmacy / healthcare supply chain experience is a plus

  • Experience product managing AI-powered or data SaaS products is a strong plus

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong product fundamentals: discovery, customer research, prioritization, roadmap management, specification, stakeholder management, and delivery

  • Comfortable in highly ambiguous and low-process environments and motivated to bring clarity and structure through communication and relationship building

  • Excellent communicator who can work directly with customers, sales, and go-to-market teams

  • Highly data-minded: able to reason about data models, data quality, and how data flows through systems to power product capabilities and the user experiences

  • Enjoys enterprise/B2B dynamics: balancing customer needs, commercial realities, and long-term product strategy

  • Collaborative, low-ego teammate who enjoys mentoring and teaching others

  • Deep experience leveraging AI tools to augment all aspects of product management: discovery & research, prototyping, writing requirements & user stories, data analysis

Nice to Have
  • Experience unifying multiple products or modules into a cohesive platform

  • Background working with hospital operations, supply chain, or pharmacy operations

  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment

What You Get At Clarium

  • Incentive Stock Options proportionate to salary

  • Fully remote work

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Top-tier health, vision, and dental benefits
