About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 2000 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we've at least tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market for Nooks' outbound agents and dialer.

These products power most of our business today and much of our growth ahead, from the AI agents that research and prospect to the dialer that gets reps into live conversations. You'll shape the roadmap with Product, own messaging and positioning, lead launches, and equip Sales and SDR teams to win in a fast-changing, competitive market.

You'll go deep on how our products work and make that difference visible through demos, prototypes and visual product stories, not just slides. You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and partner closely with the product managers for sequencing, prospecting agents, the dialer and enrichment.

About the role:

  • Shape the product

    • Become the expert on how our outbound agents and dialer work and how customers use them

    • Bring customer and market insight into the roadmap for sequencing, AI messaging, prospecting agents, the dialer and enrichment

  • Own positioning and messaging

    • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning, especially against established sales engagement platforms

    • Turn customer results and usage data into proof points, case studies and thought leadership

  • Show, don't tell

    • Build demos, prototypes and visual product stories that make our technical differentiation obvious, for the field, for launches and for the stage

  • Drive launches

    • Define audiences, gather user insight, craft launch narratives, inform pricing and packaging, and get every team ready

    • Partner with Growth Marketing on campaigns and content that drive pipeline for outbound products

  • Equip the field

    • Own product enablement for your area, and partner with GTM Enablement to equip Sales and SDR teams with the stories, competitive content and proof to win evaluations

About you:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B technology company

  • Experience developing messaging, positioning and enablement materials

  • Technical depth to understand how AI agents, data and integrations work, and the ability to show that differentiation through demos and product stories, not only slides

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits

  • Experience managing cross-functional go-to-market efforts with Product, Sales and Marketing

  • Uses data to spot opportunities and drive results

  • Ideally, experience marketing sales engagement, dialer or other sales technology products, and familiarity with SDR and outbound workflows

  • AI-first working style, including using AI tools to quickly build demos, prototypes and content
