About This Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for EveOS. You are the voice of the market inside Product, and the voice of the product in the market. This role defines how we explain what Eve is, why it wins, and who it's for - the enduring narrative that every launch, campaign, and sales conversation is built on. If you thrive in category-defining product marketing work, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the core positioning and messaging framework for EveOS’s product pillars (Intake, Agents, Auditor, Analyst, Atlas), keeping it coherent as the platform evolves
  • Develop differentiated, buyer-relevant messaging for our key personas - firm owners, managing attorneys, and operations leads - and translate complex product capabilities into plain, compelling value.
  • Serve as the market's voice to Product, bringing buyer research, competitive signal, and customer insight into roadmap and packaging conversations.
  • Build the core narrative assets the rest of GTM depends on - the master pitch, the product story, the demo narrative, and the messaging that enablement, demand gen, and launches all execute against.
  • Produce the product narrative on Eve's website, translating the positioning and product story into the site's core messaging so the market-facing narrative stays consistent
  • Support competitive positioning against the legal AI landscape, building a defensible point of view on how Eve wins and feeding it into monthly positioning updates.
  • Own analyst relations by briefing and influencing the analysts who shape how the legal AI category gets defined and who belongs in it
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and PMMs so your positioning shows up accurately in collateral, training, and every release.
  • Win the category and craft messaging that connect Eve's capabilities to outcomes attorneys care about.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or legaltech, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging for a core product or platform.
  • You are a sharp writer and storyteller who can turn technical AI depth into a narrative a busy attorney understands
  • You think in frameworks and are fluent in competitive messaging, category design, and buyer thinking - you can explain not just what a product does, but why it wins.
  • You are genuinely curious about the market, and you talk to customers, sales reps, and prospects to ground your messaging in reality rather than assumption.
  • You are a strong cross-functional partner, comfortable influencing Product, Sales, Events, Content and Marketing and keeping one consistent story across all of them.

SMART Objectives (6 months)

  1. Establish the core messaging & positioning framework: Deliver a validated positioning and messaging framework for EveOS and its product pillars by Month 3, signed off by product, sales, and marketing leadership and adopted across GTM materials.
  2. Refresh persona and buyer insight: Complete refreshed persona and messaging profiles for firm owners, managing attorneys, and operations leads by Month 3, based on direct customer and field input.
  3. Land the product narrative in market: Deliver a refreshed master pitch, product story, and demo narrative by Month 4, with confirmed adoption by the sales team and measurable use in live deals.
  4. Own launch strategy end-to-end: Establish a repeatable launch framework (tiering criteria, cross-functional process, readiness checklist) and lead product launches under that framework by Month 5
  5. Become the internal expert on competitive positioning: Build a strong, well-sourced POV on how Eve wins against competitors, feeding monthly positioning updates.
  6. Measure narrative adoption and launch impact: Define launch success metrics and deliver the first quarterly launch scorecard by Month 6, with findings feeding back into positioning and the launch framework.

Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
