Kikoff: The Fintech Powering Financial Security at Scale
Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower everyone to achieve financial security. With record revenue growth in 2025 and a unicorn valuation, we've built a suite of products that help millions of people build credit, access liquidity, and save money.
We're scaling fast. Join us if you want to build something meaningful and help millions of people move forward financially.

Why Kikoff:

This is a consumer fintech startup, and you will be working with serial entrepreneurs who have built strong consumer brands and innovative products. We value extreme ownership, clear communication, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and the desire to create lasting work and work relationships. Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact.

The Role

Kikoff is the #1 credit-building app, having helped over 1 million consumers achieve financial health. We are now aggressively expanding our Enterprise arm—partnering with employers, financial institutions, and platforms to bring Kikoff to their members.

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Marketing (Enterprise) to be the strategic engine behind our B2B2C and B2B growth. You will be the primary partner to our Enterprise Growth team, responsible for defining our enterprise value proposition, building the collateral that closes deals, and acting as the "voice of the partner" for our internal teams. This is a foundational role that will define how Kikoff wins in the enterprise space.

In this role you will:
  • Scale the Enterprise Narrative: You will take our existing value propositions and foundational materials and weave them into a unified, high-impact narrative. You’ll uplevel the messaging frameworks that explain to a HR leader, a Bank Executive, or a Fintech Founder why credit-building is the key to their business's success.
  • Arm the Sales Engine: You will be the primary partner to the Enterprise Growth Team. You will own the "sales toolkit"—pitch decks, case studies, white papers, and talk tracks—ensuring the team is equipped to handle complex objections and navigate long sales cycles.
  • Lead Inbound Enterprise Strategy: You won't just market what we have; you'll shape what we build. You will lead exploratory research with potential partners to identify unmet needs, feature gaps, and technical requirements (e.g., reporting, SSO, integration needs) and feed those insights back into the product roadmap.
  • Orchestrate Partner Launches: Once a deal is signed, you own the GTM. You will collaborate with our partners to design the "end-user" adoption strategy—creating co-branded marketing materials and lifecycle journeys that ensure high enrollment and engagement.
  • Lead our B2B Conference Presence: You will own the strategy and execution of our presence at key industry conferences and events. This includes defining our booth experience, identifying and securing speaking opportunities for Kikoff leadership, and designing the lead-capture systems that ensure events translate into a high-quality partner pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the competitive landscape in the employer benefits and financial wellness space. You will provide the "cheat sheets" and competitive positioning that allow our team to win against legacy players.
  • Build the B2B Playbook: As one of the first enterprise-focused marketing hires, you will establish the systems and processes that make enterprise product marketing repeatable and scalable at Kikoff.
What will make you successful:
  • 5+ years of PMM experience, with at least 2 years specifically in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Mastery of Sales Enablement: You know how to build a deck that doesn't just look good, but actually converts. You understand the "buyer's journey" in complex organizations and how to move a stakeholder from "interested" to "contract signed."
  • The "Inbound" Mindset: You excel at translating partner needs into product opportunities. You are as comfortable discussing product functionality with development teams as you are collaborating with creative leads on brand narrative. You have a proven ability to influence product roadmaps based on market insights.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: You thrive in the "center of the wheel," aligning Sales, Product, Legal, and Creative. You are a pro at navigating the friction that can exist between high-velocity growth and enterprise-grade requirements.
  • Data-Driven Logic: You default to testing. Whether it's a B2B landing page or a partner email flow, you use data to sharpen your intuition and prove the ROI of enterprise marketing efforts.
  • Grit and Ambiguity: We are building this arm of the business from the ground up. You are energized by the "blank page" and are willing to roll up your sleeves on execution while you build the long-term strategy.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with credit products, lending, or financial wellness benefits.
  • A track record of taking a consumer-first product and successfully launching a B2B arm.
  • Experience with CRM and Sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze).
Base Range
$182,000$211,000 USD
