Serve as a strategic partner to Product, Growth, Finance, and Executive Leadership on pricing, packaging, bundling, and monetization decisions.
Bring the customer and market perspective into strategic decisions well before products reach market, influencing what we build, who we build it for, and how we create and capture value.
Lead customer segmentation, willingness-to-pay research, competitive analysis, and value-based positioning to inform major monetization decisions.
Establish repeatable frameworks for evaluating pricing changes, packaging opportunities, and emerging revenue products.
Help leadership navigate complex monetization tradeoffs by connecting customer needs, market dynamics, product strategy, and commercial impact.
Set the GTM strategy for Linktree's most significant revenue initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
Determine audience prioritization, positioning, messaging hierarchy, channel strategy, launch approach, and success metrics for new subscription offerings and monetization features.
Partner across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Brand, Paid, Creative, Data, and Finance to translate strategy into cohesive customer experiences.
Lead executive-level launch readiness for high-priority monetization initiatives, ensuring teams are aligned around the customer, narrative, commercial opportunity, and measures of success.
Build scalable GTM frameworks that improve how Linktree brings revenue products to market over time.
Partner deeply with Product and Design to shape how monetization experiences are designed and introduced within the product.
Define principles and messaging frameworks that guide upgrade journeys, pricing surfaces, onboarding, experimentation, feature gating, and conversio
