About Nooks.ai:

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Today, over 2000 customers run on Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we've at least tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market for Nooks' inbound agents: website chat, demo and voice agents, and scheduling.

This is a new product line in a competitive market, and it brings Nooks to a new buyer, the marketing and demand generation leader. You'll shape the roadmap with Product, own messaging and positioning, lead launches, and equip Sales to win marketing buyers, so that inbound becomes a core part of the platform.

You'll make the product's value visible by letting buyers see our agents at work, including on our own website. You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and partner closely with the Inbound Agents product team.

About the role:

  • Shape the product

    • Build deep insight into marketing and demand generation buyers, and bring it into the roadmap

  • Own positioning and messaging

    • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning against established conversational marketing tools

    • Create thought leadership on how AI agents are changing inbound conversion

  • Show, don't tell

    • Build demos, prototypes and live experiences that let buyers see our agents at work on a website

    • Partner with our own marketing team to run Nooks.com on our inbound agents, and turn the results into proof points

  • Drive launches

    • Define audiences, gather user insight, craft launch narratives, inform pricing and packaging, and get every team ready

  • Equip the field

    • Own product enablement for inbound agents, and partner with GTM Enablement to equip Sales with the stories, competitive content and ROI proof to win marketing buyers

About you:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B technology company

  • Experience developing messaging, positioning and enablement materials

  • Technical depth to understand how AI agents, data and integrations work, and the ability to show that differentiation through demos and product stories, not only slides

  • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits

  • Experience managing cross-functional go-to-market efforts with Product, Sales and Marketing

  • Uses data to spot opportunities and drive results

  • Ideally, experience marketing conversational marketing, website personalization or other martech products, or launching a new product line into a market with an established leader

  • AI-first working style, including using AI tools to quickly build demos, prototypes and content
