About AirOps

AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.

Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.

Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.

About the role

AI search is no longer an emerging growth channel for marketing teams. It’s an established part of a modern growth playbook that nearly 90% of marketing leaders reported prioritizing in a recent survey, and yet only 23% of those leaders reported having high measurement confidence in the channel. We’re looking for a senior PMM to help us turn AI search from an important but untrackable growth program into a proven part of a marketing team’s strategy. You’ll work directly with the executive team across our product, services, and revenue orgs to help define and evangelize a definitive attribution methodology for AI search, and work directly with our biggest customers and opportunities to help them quantify the impact of this new buyer journey.

This is a highly strategic role that will get to work with some of the most forward-thinking and respected minds in the marketing and growth space both on the AirOps team and across our partner network. You’ll help elevate the AI conversation for marketers out of features, visibility, and functionality and into ROI, revenue, and outcomes. This is a rare role that gives product marketing a true seat at the table to shape the product roadmap, customer relationship, and industry conversation.

What you’ll do
  • Work directly with our product and services teams to define our ROI and measurement framework for customers

  • Partner with our most strategic customers to understand how they measure marketing success, and implement a measurement framework for AI search into their current reporting process

  • Collaborate with partners and the rest of the marketing team to distribute and evangelize the measurement framework across the industry. Including creating content, moderating webinars, briefing analysts, and more

  • Partner with our sales and customer teams to help them understand marketing attribution and how AI search measurement fits in

  • Elevate the business value of AirOps across our positioning, website, and 1:1 marketing materials to prove the impact of the right AI search strategy

  • Help shape our product roadmap and future offerings to maximize the business value that AirOps provides to marketing teams

Who you are
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or consulting

  • Experience working with partners and selling to marketing teams preferred

  • Technical domain experience working with marketing attribution systems a plus

  • Proven experience building programs from the ground up and building marketing plans that break through the industry noise

  • Experience working with analysts and creating positioning to help create and influence a category

  • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and building enablement programs to help customer-facing teams elevate the conversations they have with buyers

  • Balance of speed and rigor. You know when to step on the gas and be the first to market, and you know when thoughtfulness and thoroughness are key to winning. And you know how to do both when needed to make things happen.

Our Guiding Principles
  1. Extreme Ownership

  2. Quality

  3. Curiosity and Play

  4. Make Our Customers Heroes

  5. Respectful Candor

Benefits
  • Equity in a fast-growing startup

  • Competitive benefits package tailored to your location

  • Flexible time off policy

  • Parental Leave

  • A fun-loving and (just a bit) nerdy team that loves to move fast!
