The Opportunity

Seamless is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and messaging at a higher level of scope and independence than our Product Marketer role. You’ll serve as the PMM lead for our most strategic product lines: our core data product, buyer intent, job changes, and API access, and will be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing.

This role goes beyond execution. You’ll shape how the market understands Seamless, influence pricing and packaging decisions, build the competitive intelligence function, and directly enable our revenue team to win. If you’re a builder who thrives at the intersection of product, strategy, and revenue, this role is for you.

ResponsibilitiesPositioning & Messaging
  • Own end-to-end positioning and messaging for Seamless’s core product lines, ensuring consistency across every customer-facing surface
  • Develop and maintain persona-specific messaging frameworks for Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and RevOps buyers
  • Lead messaging hierarchy decisions across the portfolio, ensuring product launches ladder up to company-level narrative
Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for major product launches, from internal readiness through external campaign activation
  • Partner with Demand Gen on campaign messaging, lifecycle content, and persona-specific use case development that drives pipeline
  • Define launch tiers, success metrics, and feedback loops to measure GTM effectiveness and inform future strategy
Sales Enablement
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive SDR and AE enablement library: battlecards, pitch decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, and objection handling
  • Run ongoing competitive and product trainings for revenue teams; serve as the PMM point of contact for deal support
  • Track enablement effectiveness through pipeline contribution, win rates, and rep feedback loops
Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Own the competitive intelligence program: win/loss analysis, competitor monitoring, battlecard maintenance, and quarterly market briefings for leadership
  • Translate competitive insights into positioning adjustments, GTM opportunities, and sales coaching moments
  • Monitor the contact data, sales intelligence, and AI-assisted prospecting landscape to keep Seamless’s positioning sharp
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as the PMM partner to Product on roadmap prioritization, beta programs, and customer feedback synthesis
  • Align product releases with the marketing calendar, GTM priorities, and RevOps workflows
  • Act as a senior voice in cross-functional planning, contributing PMM perspective to pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy conversations
What Success Looks Like
  • Pipeline influenced by PMM-sourced enablement assets and campaigns is measurable and growing
  • Sales reps can clearly articulate Seamless’s differentiation and handle top objections without escalation
  • Product launches land on time with strong internal readiness and measurable external traction
  • Competitive win rates improve as a direct result of intelligence programs and targeted training
  • Positioning is consistent and compelling across site, outbound, and sales materials
Skills & QualificationsRequired
  • 5–8 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of positioning, launches, and sales enablement
  • Proven ability to develop messaging that resonates with sales, marketing, and RevOps personas
  • Strong track record of cross-functional GTM execution, from product to campaign to sales floor
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear business value
  • Comfortable operating independently, setting priorities, and driving projects without heavy direction
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing GTM performance
Preferred
  • Experience with sales intelligence, contact data, or RevOps technology platforms
  • Familiarity with high-velocity GTM motions: freemium, product-led growth, or API-integrated offerings
  • Experience building or managing a competitive intelligence program from scratch
  • Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate GTM workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copy.AI, Lovable)
  • Exposure to Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent marketing/sales tech stacks
Education & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, positioning, and launch execution at a senior IC level
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role
