Position Description:

FlexGen is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, go-to-market execution, and content strategy for our flagship product, HybridOS™, and associated services. This role is pivotal in helping FlexGen scale awareness and adoption of our solutions within the battery energy storage industry.

The ideal candidate will bring product marketing experience within energy, manufacturing, B2B technology, or industrial sectors, with a track record of successful product launches, competitive intelligence programs, and content development. This role will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and customer success to craft compelling narratives, content and programs that drive engagement and revenue.


Major Job Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market/Launch Management & Execution

  • Plan and execute product launches, feature releases, and announcements for HybridOS™ and other core offerings
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions
  • Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks, sales enablement assets, playbooks, and buyer personas

Content Creation & Sales Enablement

  • Work with the content team to create content across the buyer journey: blogs, overview & datasheets, case studies, pitch decks, white papers, webinars, video scripts, and more
  • Support the development and execution of targeted campaigns; set KPIs, measure impact and report out on results and learnings

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Lead efforts to gather and synthesize competitive intelligence and industry trends
  • Own competitive intel research and development of competitive battlecards and objection-handling guides
  • Work with sales enablement and training teams to ensure information is regularly communicated across the sales and account organizations
  • Monitor emerging market needs and inform product strategy with actionable insights

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales to align messaging, campaigns, and product adoption strategies
  • Support demand generation initiatives through targeted messaging and content contributions

Position Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B industries such as energy, manufacturing, software, or industrial technology
  • Ability to utilize AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve overall performance
  • Demonstrated success launching technical products and enabling enterprise sales teams
  • Exceptional storytelling and content development skills; able to simplify complex concepts
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using market data and performance metrics to refine strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and content management tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
