Position Summary
We seek a strategic and customer-centric Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product marketing strategy and driving the success of our product.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Messaging and Positioning:

  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of our Buyer Persona's needs and competitive landscape to create a compelling narrative for our products and services.
  • Craft persuasive positioning and messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our unique value propositions and differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Partner with marketing to determine optimal routes to market and leverage data for marketing optimization.

Customer Insights, Product launches & Go-to-Market (GTM):

  • Maintain a deep comprehension of target customer characteristics, needs, and pain points through regular customer, prospect, analyst, and sales interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to gain a deep understanding of Tipalti's product roadmap and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Develop and execute strategic GTM plans that leverage data insights to drive results, including product launches, content creation, customer profiling, and sales enablement.
  • Work collaboratively with product management and marketing teams to set, monitor, and achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze product usage trends to inform product development, pricing strategies, content creation, and sales collateral to accelerate the sales pipeline.

Sales Enablement:

  • Become the subject matter expert for our products, developing and delivering sales enablement resources (e.g., sales decks, product overviews, demo videos, case studies) and training for GTM stakeholders. Assist sales and partners in closing major deals.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure the success of top-of-funnel initiatives, including demand generation, content marketing, events, webinars, and PR efforts.

Analyst Relations (AR):

  • Own and drive Tipalti’s Analyst Relations strategy in close partnership with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to strengthen our market presence and influence buyer perception.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts and research firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC), ensuring Tipalti’s strategy, vision, and differentiation are clearly understood and accurately represented.
  • Lead analyst briefings, inquiries, and evaluations, including preparation for major reports, waves, and quadrants, coordinating inputs across product, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling, consistent analyst-facing narratives, messaging, and materials that align with Tipalti’s positioning and long-term product strategy.
  • Translate analyst insights and market research into actionable recommendations for product strategy, messaging, competitive positioning, and GTM priorities.
  • Partner with PR, content, and demand teams to activate analyst validation across marketing programs, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives.

About you 

  • 8+ years in a product marketing role for B2B SaaS solutions in finance, fintech, payments or related experience 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present at webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Deep customer empathy to influence product and marketing efforts
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate technical capabilities into concise buyer-facing language.
  • Critical thinking skills and a curious mindset for business and market analysis.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced work environment; experimentation mindset to keep learning and iterating.
  • Demonstrated track record in creating and executing GTM strategies and deliverables such as positioning/messaging, pitch decks, sales playbooks, thought leadership content, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive product & feature launches.
  • Experience with other marketing disciplines (content, field marketing, demand generation, partner marketing) is a plus

Base Salary Range: $146,000- $181,500 USD annually.

Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results, individual performance, and relative contribution, as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion, to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.

The compensation information, above, reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors, including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors. Actual offers may vary within or, only in exceptional circumstances, outside the stated range based on the candidate's unique qualifications and our comprehensive evaluation process.
