  • Provide strategic recommendations that enhance impact, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable organizational outcomes.

Communication & Executive Influence
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages for clarity and alignment.
  • Influence executive stakeholders by presenting insights, earning buy-in, and ensuring transparency on program direction and progress.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and communications that support decision-making.

Program Management & Execution
  • Create structure from ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
  • Partner with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and program managers to define scope, goals, resources, risks, and execution approaches.
  • Monitor program performance, manage risks, and deliver progress reports that demonstrate transparency and momentum.

Build & Maintain a Unified Transformation Operating Model
  • Design the end-to-end operating model for transformation across the GTM and Product teams.
  • Establish governance, DRIs, decision cadences, planning rituals, and teaming structures that drive accountability and execution.

Create Clarity Through Strategic Alignment
  • Develop program charters, problem statements, success metrics, and LRP (long-range plan) mappings for critical transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure every initiative is grounded in clear objectives and aligned to broader business goals.

Create Rigorous Prioritization & Planning Frameworks
  • Lead quarterly planning cycles (SteerCo) and portfolio prioritization processes.
  • Oversee backlog management to ensure initiatives are properly sequenced, staffed, and funded.

Experience
  • 10+ years in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Transformation, PMO, Consulting, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success operating within fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environments.
  • Experience leading multi-quarter, multi-team transformation initiatives or portfolios.
  • Background working with GTM and Product organizations (Sales, Success, Marketing, Revenue Ops, Product, Eng) preferred.
  • Consulting, PMO, Change Management, or Business Operations experience is a strong plus.

Skills & Technical Proficiency
  • Strong command of program management frameworks (OKRs, DRI models, RAID/RACI frameworks, prioritization matrices, governance models).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and operational models.
  • Familiarity with operational framework methodologies and cross-functional product operating rhythms is helpful.
  • Experience with establishing program charters and navigating portfolio management frameworks.

Behavioral / Leadership Qualities
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and establishing clarity from the ground up.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to transparency.
  • Curious mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and commitment to learning.
