This includes things like stakeholder management, strategy document writing, project management, Hub/internal website organization and management, workshop design, build, and facilitation. This role will initially partner deeply with our engineering organization in our investment of our early career Atlassians and will likely evolve to other areas of the business.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $147,600 - $192,700
Zone B: $133,200 - $173,900
Zone C: $123,300 - $160,975
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Assess Learning Needs: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify and evaluate training needs that support our strategic objectives.
- Design and Deliver Programs: Develop impactful learning programs and design content in a variety of formats, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions, to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.
- Facilitate Training: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops that are both informative and engaging.
- Evaluate and Improve: Use data and feedback to measure program success and drive continuous improvement in our learning offerings.
- Collaboration to Co-Create: Co-create solutions by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective and innovative learning experiences that drive business results.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusting relationships with managers and leaders to understand strategic needs and ensure our programs are exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent skills in communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the latest trends in instructional design, including leveraging
- Program Management: Experience in developing, managing, and executing learning programs with cross collaborative teams.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective development solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Competence in using training-related applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Keynote, Rise, Vyond) and innovative tools, including AI, to enhance learning experiences.
Previous Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent development or a related role..
- Demonstrated success in managing and implementing learning projects with development of early careers as a strong preference.
