We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that drive business value. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record in managing multiple large-scale programs simultaneously. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage strategic programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership. 
  • Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risk management, and communication strategies. 
  • Monitor and report on program performance using KPIs and status dashboards. 
  • Identify and manage program risks and issues, driving resolution and mitigation plans. 
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and executive briefings. 
  • Champion best practices in program and project management methodologies  
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements. 
  • Mentor and guide junior project and program managers. 

 Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. 
  • Proven success managing large, complex, cross-functional programs. 
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira and Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet). 
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience working in fast-paced and matrixed environments. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certification. 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Background in Fintech and/or Banking 
  • Experience managing distributed teams. 

The pay range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
