POSITION OVERVIEW
Effective program management is critical to the evolution and success of the Exos team supporting a large, global client. Specifically, the ability to organize, refine and share information across an evolving portfolio in-person services and experiences. This role is highly cross-functional, and sits at the intersection of business, operations, technology, and human performance. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do. The ideal candidate will be able to work in an adaptable landscape and produce results in a dynamic and somewhat unpredictable environment. This person needs to have demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to interface with a client. Team leadership and program management expertise are a must.
As a Program Manager you will be a key member of the On-site team working to ensure that all programs, systems, and processes are operating efficiently globally. This position reports to the Bay Area Regional Director.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Program Owner:  Ensuring that programs and operational protocols are in place to ensure the achievement of member satisfaction targets.  Ensuring that new services have clear alignment with company policies and values as well as health and safety procedures. Creates, develops, and iterates the standard operating procedures to support delivery of services across a globally diverse set of locations.

  • Organizer: Maintains a high degree of organizational skills to execute tasks with direction, in a timely manner, and at a high level of quality. Maintains strong attention to detail as scope and complexity of responsibilities expands, using previous learnings to minimize mistakes. 

  • Problem Solver:  Leverage critical thinking, problem solving skills and domain knowledge for a specific project. Consistently anticipates and accounts for internal and external implications of decisions. Solves problems with thorough due diligence of available information & makes firm decisions without over-analyzing.

  • Evaluates multiple solutions and consistently applies understanding of key stakeholder perspectives to the decision making process.

  • Communicator: Effectively tailors both written and verbal communication style and adapts approach for appropriate audience s to maximize effectiveness; ability to clearly convey complicated concepts & strategies to others.

  • Team Leader: Help guide teammates to execute programs successfully while maintaining a collaborative and engaging team culture.

  • Risk Mitigator: Proactively perform risk mitigation, serve as the first line of defense in issue resolution, and escalate issues as appropriate.

  • Generalist: Speak the same language as business, design, and human performance and provide direction to teams in partnership with discipline leads. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing projects and/or programs

  • Strong record of leadership in a professional setting

  • Proven ability to provide high quality customer service experience

  • Agility with project management tools and software

  • Experience with project management methodologies

  • Willing to travel

  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment

Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 - $105,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Exos offers a comprehensive benefits package for all full time employees (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements), which includes health insurance, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. Additionally, Exos offers a variety of part time benefits (subject to eligibility requirements).
