Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager, Technology to lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on enterprise applications, business systems, and technology transformation within an Agile environment. This role is responsible for driving delivery across multiple Agile teams while ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and enterprise technology roadmaps.


The ideal candidate combines strong project/program management expertise with technical fluency, enterprise applications experience, hands-on Jira Administration, and a deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch support
  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects with varying complexity, timelines, and dependencies
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets, risks, and success metrics
  • Facilitate Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies as appropriate
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between IT, Engineering, Product, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams
  • Establish governance frameworks, project reporting, and executive-level status communications
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies
  • Offshore Coordination - Own the offshore team sprint planning and developer coordination

Agile Delivery & Program Execution

  • Operate within an Agile environment supporting cross-team coordination
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate and support dependency management, sprint execution, and release coordination
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple Agile teams and enterprise applications (Shopify, NetSuite, Celigo, Microsoft 365)
  • Ensure alignment between roadmap priorities, delivery timelines, and enterprise business goals
  • Drive Agile best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and delivery governance across programs

Project Reporting & Executive Communication

  • Develop and maintain weekly project status reports, portfolio roll-up reports, executive dashboards, and End-of-Week (EOW) communications across enterprise technology initiatives
  • Provide visibility into delivery health, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Consolidate reporting across Agile teams, enterprise applications, and workstreams for PMO and executive leadership review
  • Utilize Jira dashboards and reporting tools to support KPI monitoring and portfolio governance
  • Present program status, delivery metrics, and escalation items to leadership, stakeholders, and steering committees

Jira Administration & Agile Tooling

  • Administer and optimize Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in an Agile environment
  • Configure Jira workflows, boards, issue types, automations, dashboards, and reporting structures aligned to Agile methodologies
  • Standardize Agile workflows and governance processes across technical and enterprise application teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of project management experience leading technical and enterprise application initiatives
  • Strong experience managing enterprise systems and technology-focused projects
  • Hands-on Jira Administration experience in enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and complex project portfolios

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
  • Atlassian Certified Administrator certification
