What You’ll Do

As our Senior Recruiter for Business and G&A, you’ll lead full-cycle hiring across functions critical to scaling Resolve AI’s internal foundation such as Finance, Legal, Strategy, People, Workplace, and more. You’ll work cross-functionally with G&A leadership and partner closely with our People team to shape our hiring infrastructure and ensure we attract mission-driven talent to support our growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across G&A teams, from intake to onboarding, delivering hires that elevate our operational excellence.

  • Partner with department leaders to understand team goals, anticipate hiring needs, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.

  • Build scalable sourcing systems that surface exceptional candidates across finance, legal, operations, and executive functions.

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

  • Provide white-glove candidate experiences throughout the funnel, managing speed, clarity, and warmth in equal measure.

  • Lead initiatives to operationalize our recruiting infrastructure, from building interview rubrics to refining scorecards.

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong exposure to G&A and business-side functions in high-growth settings.

  • Demonstrated success hiring for operational and strategic roles across finance, people, legal, and business operations.

  • Ability to manage a broad requisition portfolio while maintaining exceptional attention to quality and experience.

  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders, crafting thoughtful hiring plans, and managing executive expectations.

  • Detail-oriented, with operational rigor and a systems-oriented mindset that scales as the org grows.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with modern recruiting platforms (e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) and hiring analytics.
