We are hiring for an experienced, strategic, and consultative Senior Recruiter to lead hiring across the company’s General and Administrative (G&A) organizations. This person will own high-impact searches with high complexity across Finance and Accounting, Legal, People, Enterprise Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, and other critical corporate functions.

This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter who can operate as both a hands-on talent partner and a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You’ll independently manage searches from intake through close, translate business needs into effective talent strategies, and use market insights and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate is consultative, resourceful, highly accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and uniquely complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and senior-level roles across G&A functions
  • Advise senior and executive leaders on workforce needs, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Lead intake and calibration sessions that translate business priorities into actionable search and interview plans
  • Use AI to accelerate market research, talent mapping, sourcing, and personalized candidate engagement
  • Build proactive pipelines across technology, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and adjacent industries
  • Assess candidates using structured, consistent practices focused on expertise, leadership, motivation, and organizational alignment
  • Apply AI, automation, and recruiting data to identify trends, improve workflows, and address pipeline risks
  • Drive hiring processes with urgency, resolving bottlenecks and maintaining stakeholder accountability
  • Provide market intelligence and constructively challenge requirements that may limit hiring outcomes
  • Lead candidate engagement, complex offer negotiations, and closing strategies
  • Deliver a personalized candidate experience while maintaining ATS accuracy, compliance, and operational rigor
  • Pilot emerging AI capabilities and translate successful use cases into responsible, repeatable team practices
  • Mentor recruiters and sourcers on G&A hiring, sourcing strategy, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant G&A or corporate functions hiring
  • Success recruiting across areas such as Finance, Legal, or other functions with unique complexity to each search
  • Experience independently leading complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer acceptance
  • Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence hiring decisions using data and market expertise
  • Hands-on experience using AI, automation, and recruiting technology to improve quality, speed, and productivity
  • Ability to identify practical AI use cases and turn them into scalable recruiting workflows
  • Strong analytical instincts and experience translating talent data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, confidentiality, bias mitigation, and human oversight
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid organizational growth
  • High discretion, sound judgment, and a team-oriented approach to mentoring and knowledge sharing
