About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead hiring across the business as the company's initial talent acquisition professional, covering sourcing through offer. Establish the tools and processes needed for hiring, and fill both technical and non-technical openings as headcount expands.
What you'll do
- Build the recruiting toolset and workflows from scratch, including an applicant tracking system, sourcing tools and outreach sequences.
- Turn passive candidates into first conversations through targeted, personalized outreach, especially for engineering and sales openings.
- Screen candidates carefully so hiring managers meet only those who meet a high bar.
- Work closely with senior leadership to calibrate candidate profiles, gather feedback and keep candidates moving quickly through the pipeline.
- Shape how the company presents itself to prospective hires through written content, storytelling and messaging.

- Full-cycle experience running searches independently across technical and non-technical roles, without a larger recruiting team for support.
- Daily use of AI tools for sourcing, outreach, research and operations.
- Experience selecting recruiting tools and setting up or migrating an applicant tracking system.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and adapt to different working styles.
- Ability to work US business hours.
- US work authorization.
