We're an early-stage neo lab looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. You'll play a key role in the early chapters of our story — recruiting world-class talent across technical and non-technical functions (think AI researchers, GTM, and more). You'll build the Adaption talent brand from the ground up, develop creative attraction strategies, and partner directly with founders Sara Hooker and Sudip Roy.
ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing
Partner with hiring managers to build sharp hiring strategies and keep processes moving with clarity and speed
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Build and iterate on Adaption's talent brand and overall attraction strategy
3+ years in a recruiter role, ideally at an early-stage tech startup
Proven track record recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions — experience with highly technical AI roles (model efficiency, distributed systems, post-training) is a strong foundation
Comfortable working with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby
A creative, determined mindset — you don't quit when a search gets hard
Bonus: genuine curiosity about the broader talent function — employee experience, onboarding, coordination, and culture
Most AI is frozen in place - it doesn't adapt to the world. We think that's backwards. Our mandate is to build efficient intelligence that evolves in real-time. Our vision is AI systems that are flexible, personalized, and accessible to everyone. We believe efficiency is what makes this possible - it's how we expand access and ensure innovation benefits the many, not the few. We believe in talent density: bringing together the best and most driven individuals to push the boundaries of continual adaptation. We're looking for builders and creative thinkers ready to shape the next era of intelligence.
