 Team / Division Overview

U.S. Wealth is responsible for the advancement, promotion, and growth of DWS’s Active, Passive, and Alternatives strategies with financial advisory clients across intermediary Wealth channels. 

Your Key Responsibilities:

As an  ETF/RIA Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with financial advisor professionals in the sales territory working with our Market Leader as ETF Material Expert and Opening New Business with RIA Entities $1B& Above in AUM.

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of DWS’s wide range of investment products and global investment views

  • Distribute active, passive, and alternative solutions to DWS’s most important clients

  • Manage and leverage relationships to gain access and referrals within each target team as identified by the seeker and DWS business intelligence

  • Work with all of the resources of DWS including Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Key Account Managers, Internal Sales Consultants [wholesalers], and Product Specialists to achieve sales targets across multiple product lines

  • Deliver the DWS value proposition as a way to deepen and develop ongoing business relationships with target clients

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

License/Designation(s) :

  • Series 7/63

  • CIMA, CFA or other industry designations preferred

The salary range for this position is $200,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. This position is eligible for incentive compensation [in the form of commission payments]. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
