 Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Revenue Manager to lead and optimize revenue recognition, compliance, and forecasting within our organization. This role will be instrumental in shaping revenue operations, ensuring ASC 606 & IFRS 15 compliance, and driving efficiency in order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
As a key finance leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, FP&A, Legal, and Systems, to ensure scalable revenue processes. You’ll also take ownership of technical revenue memos, process improvements, and financial reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Recognition Oversight: Manage revenue accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, IFRS 15, and company policies.
  • Contract & Deal Review: Lead complex contract reviews, ensuring revenue is structured and recognized accurately.
  • Financial Reporting & Forecasting:
    • Oversee month-end revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue analysis, and revenue forecasts.
    • Provide insights into bookings vs. billings and drive revenue-related forecast accuracy.
  • Technical Accounting Leadership: Prepare technical accounting memos on revenue positions, leveraging external validation when needed.
  • Process Automation & Improvement:
    • Identify and implement scalable revenue processes using technology-driven solutions.
    • Enhance ERP systems and revenue reporting frameworks for efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Billing, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal teams to assess operational impact, risk, and scalability of revenue policies.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Work with internal and external auditors to ensure revenue controls meet regulatory standards.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and manage a revenue accounting team, providing guidance on policy implementation, training, and strategic initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue accounting with expertise in GAAP, ASC 606, and IFRS 15.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing revenue accounting teams in a high-growth environment.
  • CPA or CMA certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
  • Advanced ERP experience (NetSuite ARM or similar systems).
  • Proven ability to scale revenue operations, optimize O2C workflows, and implement process automation.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex financial concepts clearly.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $180,000.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.  The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.  Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary and certain positions may be offered with additional variable incentives.
