At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us!

Your Opportunity:

Are you driven by the challenge of turning complex operational processes into seamless, high-performing systems? New Relic is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the technical and automation engine behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.

As part of the GTM Planning & Process team, you will sit right at the intersection of business strategy, field execution, and cutting-edge technology. You will serve as a strategic partner across our revenue organization, eliminating operational friction, scaling systems, and building solutions that directly impact our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do:

  • GTM Strategy & Automation: Drive the GTM technology roadmap (including Salesforce, Clay, and Salesloft). You will pilot emerging AI capabilities and transform manual steps into efficient, automated workflows.
  • Technical Execution & Quality: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories, technical specs, and UAT testing plans.
  • Data Governance & Analytics: Define key system-level performance metrics, build automated dashboards, and collaborate with Data & Analytics to maintain a trusted source of truth.
  • Enablement & Change Management: Guide field adoption of new system features by creating clear documentation, leading enablement sessions, and executing change management strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Adoption to streamline business rules and build a customer lifecycle (from initial land, onboarding, and adoption, to value realization and expansion)

This Role Requires:

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Revenue Operations, Field Sales Ops, or GTM Systems Architecture
  • Hands-on mastery of Salesforce (including custom objects, flow builder, complex schemas, and system integrations) alongside Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or advanced Excel.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects, writing detailed user stories, and managing delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies in Jira.
  • A strong builder mindset with a knack for translating qualitative business needs into scalable technical designs.
  • Relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce CPQ, LeanData, or Clay.
  • Exposure to implementing AI capabilities for predictive scoring or automated routing.
  • Practical SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake or AWS data pipelines.
  • An advanced degree (such as an MBA or related Master's degree).
