About the Role

Cyberhaven is looking for a hands-on Senior Sales Enablement Manager to build the enablement engine that will support our next stage of GTM growth. This person will turn strong programs already in motion into a scalable, measurable function while developing the new capabilities Cyberhaven needs as it grows.

The role has three priorities:

  • Accelerate GTM readiness by owning onboarding, certifications, ongoing development, and strategic events.

  • Drive elite execution across GTM, especially Sales, by strengthening core skills and reinforcing consistent application of Cyberhaven’s value-selling methodology.

  • Scale and optimize enablement impact through reusable content, AI, performance data, clear governance, and measurement.

Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, with a dotted-line relationship to Sales leadership, this individual contributor will own sales enablement across the GTM organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Own sales onboarding, including role-based plans, live training, readiness milestones, and certifications.

  • Own the training calendar, covering process, product, market, and sales skills.

  • Create and deliver effective presentations, training, playbooks, and on-demand learning for GTM audiences.

  • Drive consistent adoption of Cyberhaven’s value-selling methodology through training, manager coaching, opportunity inspection, and targeted reinforcement, helping teams lead clear, outcome-focused customer conversations.

  • Ensure GTM teams can quickly find, trust, and apply the right enablement content through clear standards for organization, ownership, quality, and governance.

  • Build role-specific development programs across GTM while converting subject-matter expertise into scalable training and resources.

  • Partner with GTM leadership to execute Sales Kickoff, in-person summits, and product-release enablement.

  • Use AI and performance data to improve content development and learning, identify coaching opportunities, and measure seller readiness, methodology adherence, and business impact.

Who You Are
  • You bring a growth mindset, learn quickly, seek feedback, and have a bias for action.

  • You have been involved in the Sales Process

  • You understand enterprise selling and the needs of sales leaders, including coaching, opportunity inspection, and performance measurement.

  • You have built and scaled enablement in a growth-stage B2B technology company, turning evolving needs into practical programs, content, and systems for a rapidly growing GTM organization.

  • You have driven adoption of an established value-selling methodology across sellers, managers, technical teams, and other GTM functions in a complex enterprise sales organization.

  • You can assess an individual seller’s capabilities, identify development needs, and create coaching and enablement plans that move them to the next level.

  • You have the gravitas to earn credibility with Sales and Sales Engineering as a strong content creator, facilitator, and presenter who can translate complex products and market dynamics into clear value stories for field, executive, and technical audiences.

  • You are an AI-forward leader with practical experience applying AI to improve enablement and sales execution.

  • Experience building customer-facing enablement, training, and certification programs for product users is a plus.
