About Us

We're living through a fundamental shift in how people discover, evaluate, and purchase products. The next generation doesn't respond to traditional marketing -- they build relationships with brands through authentic social interactions, seek recommendations from communities they trust, and expect personalized experiences that feel human, not corporate.

At Nectar Social, we're building the AI-native social operating system that enables this new era of commerce. We believe every social interaction should deepen the relationship between brands and their communities while creating genuine value for both sides.

Founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders, we've raised over $30M in total capital from investors including GV and True Ventures. We work with brands like Oura Health, Caraway, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Kosas, OLIPOP, and many more. We're building the future of social commerce -- where community, conversation, and commerce converge.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales & GTM Recruiter to aggressively scale our revenue-generating teams during a crucial phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you’ll partner with our commercial leadership to attract, engage, and close top-tier GTM talent.

In this role, you’ll directly impact Nectar's top-line growth. You will build high-performing sales pipelines, refine our pitch to revenue talent, and establish structured hiring playbooks that help us dominate our market.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive Full-Cycle GTM Hiring: Own full-cycle recruiting for all sales, customer success, revenue operations, and GTM roles, ensuring high quality and rapid time-to-close.

  • Partner with Commercial Leadership: Collaborate closely with the Head of Talent, and GTM leaders to align on hiring targets, profile scorecards, and aggressive ramp schedules.

  • Aggressive Outbound Sourcing: Proactively source, pitch, and convert high-performing sales talent (quota crushers, top 10% performers) using creative outbound strategies, talent networks, and direct headhunting.

  • Refine the GTM Hiring Engine: Help design and execute structured interview loops, role-play scenarios, presentation stages, and offer closing strategies tailored to competitive sales candidates.

  • Data & Pipeline Management: Track pipeline conversion rates, outbound response rates, and time-to-fill metrics to ensure healthy pipelines and data-driven recruiting strategies.

  • Champion the Candidate Experience: Deliver a fast, high-touch, and compelling candidate experience that reflects our high-performance, winning culture.

  • Enable Hiring Managers: Coach sales leaders on objective evaluation, effective interview techniques, and closing candidates in a competitive market.

What We're Looking For
  • 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years specifically dedicated to hiring high-performing SaaS Sales and GTM teams (AEs, SDRs, AM/CSMs, Sales Engineers).

  • GTM Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of sales performance metrics (quota attainment, deal sizes, sales cycles) and the ability to effectively evaluate true sales talent.

  • Closing Capability: Proven track record of competing against top-tier tech companies to close top-performing revenue talent.

  • Data & Metrics Driven: Ability to leverage metrics, sourcing analytics, and talent intelligence to optimize the GTM hiring funnel.

  • Startup DNA: Resourceful, adaptable, competitive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong bias toward action.

  • Location: In-person collaboration with the team in Palo Alto.

Bonus Points
  • Experience scaling a B2B SaaS or MarTech GTM team from seed/Series A through Series B and beyond.

  • An active network of elite enterprise sales, revenue, and customer success professionals in the tech ecosystem.

  • Experience utilizing modern AI recruiting tools, advanced outbound automation, or sales intelligence platforms for candidate sourcing.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and early equity

  • Health, vision, and dental benefits + 401(k) match

  • Hybrid work schedule (4 days in office) with 3 flex remote days per quarter (available after 3 months)

  • Comprehensive stipends: $1,000/month housing stipend for living near the office, $50/month mobile stipend, $50/month internet stipend for remote employees, and commuter benefits (train stipend or Palo Alto parking permit reimbursement)

  • Free lunch in the heart of University Ave. in Palo Alto
