About the Role:
Are you a highly strategic, business-oriented professional with a strong technical background in the Salesforce ecosystem? We are looking for a Senior GTM Business Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of our GTM processes, translating complex business needs into scalable system solutions. You will act as the US-based anchor for our Public Sector Business Applications team, working closely with the global Business Applications team to ensure global alignment.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior GTM Business Analyst, your impact will be:
In this role, you will be the critical link between our GTM stakeholders (RevOps, Marketing Operations, etc.) and our technology execution, providing hands-on configuration and design to ensure our systems and processes are optimized for maximum business impact.
- Strategic Partnership & Alignment: Partner with executive and senior-level stakeholders to define, shape, and align the technology strategy with GTM business goals.
- End-to-End Solution Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle: conducting deep-dive discovery, translating complex business requirements into clear, functional specifications and designing scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- System & Process Optimization: Conduct current state process analysis, recommend future-state improvements, and identify cross-topic dependencies to ensure seamless, end-to-end GTM operations.
- Salesforce Expertise & Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration, manage system enhancements (including Flows, Case Management, Knowledge, and Experience Sites), and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Change Management & Adoption: Promote change management efforts, including global release planning, executive communication, and defining training/adoption measurement strategies.
- Technology Roadmap Influence: Influence cross-functional roadmaps and prioritization based on strategic business value, staying current with Salesforce releases to recommend and manage the adoption of relevant features.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Deep focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality and architecture.
- Proven working knowledge and ability to configure:
- Salesforce Flows and Automation.
- Case Management and Service Console functionality.
- Knowledge Articles and Experience Site (Community) configuration.
- Familiarity with technologies that integrate into the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., data management tools, iPaaS solutions, or third-party AppExchange solutions).
- Experience applying business systems analysis skills to other enterprise applications beyond Salesforce (e.g., Clari, Gainsight, Marketing Automation platforms, or CPQ solutions).
- Solid understanding of the Federal sales cycles and contract structures, including multi-year deal modeling, Base + Option Years, and Federal ARR/TCV calculations within Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Exposure supporting and managing MSP contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets, including delivering executive briefings for a growing organization.
- Experience working in a High-Growth Tech environment.

Expected compensation for the role is between $140,000 - $170,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be determined by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
